Had so many years use of the previous Kenwood had to have a modern one when it finally gave up.
bought this because it's predecessor gave up after around 50 years. the mincer attachment was in use immediately, and the whole thing is great quality, stainless steel bowl, and able to do so many things with the available attachments, tomorrow it will be preparing dough for the next loaf.

Excellent
We had the original professional Kenwood which died recently after about 8 years of use. Hopefully this one will last as long. Has built in scales which work once the machine is plugged in which is great. Love the lid style to prevent overspill and is much quieter than the older version. Looks great too. Also discovered that the mixer tools for our old machine also fit the new machine so have spares if needed.

Good size for a small family

Probably the best gadget we have recently purchased.
The whole thing is professional.The experience of using it, just blows away the money invested.A real time saver and works beautifully.The only point we have noticed that we are not sure if it is part of the exercise or a slight design fault.When the dough is very hard the top/bottom of the motor rattle...is it just design or what? but a minor observation.

Top upgrade. The built in scales are great
The media could not be loaded. Upgraded from a basic stand mixer and I love this one so far. It's quieter and more powerful. The built in scales save so much time for me as I bake bread often

Strong, powerful, does what it says on the tin, what's not to like. Big discount too!! Just wish Amazon sold a spare bowl from Kenwood

An Icon
Although this was brought as a gift for our Daughter to chef is still an icon .The design has not fundamentally changed for many years . I had one when I started to train as a chef fifty years ago ! (we still have it and it is still running ).It may be large and requires a reasonable amount of kitchen realestate but it can replace quite a few other appliances that clutter the workspace . It is well worth the money if you are serious about cooking .I shall report back to this review if the quality is not as expected over time
