1.5m Replacement Audio upgrade Cable For Sennheiser HD595 HD598 HD558 HD518 Headphones

I now have a number of headphones that require the 2.5" jack, Creative CAL 2, Takstar Pro 82 and the Yamaha HT8's and this cable fits them all perfectly, even fitting the locking mechanism on the HT8's without problem. No durability issues encountered so far, and with the braiding sleeve, it looks real nice too.

I wanted to get this cable as to replace the original one for my Sennheiser HD 598 headphones simply because Sennheiser's cable is very long and comes with the 5-inch jack by default which is frustrating, to say the least. The whole adapter assembly is very bulky and impractical. This cable is really nice, it's braided and feels high quality with the same quality as the original oneAll in all I love it :)

A decent quality lead bought to replace the disappointing quality short one that came with my Sennheiser HD598SRs. The only thing that spoils this lead for me is the braiding, which is very rough against my skin. This is quite unlike, for example, the braided leads that came with both of my Philips Fidelio headphones (L1s and X2s).Because of the abrasive nature of this lead I am looking to replace it soon. For many people this won't be an issue at all.

Really nice, quality gear. No microphonic sound running along the cable. I wanted a shorter one compared to the longer one supplied in the box. It sounds a little better I think too.

Works great with my beyer dt240 pro headset.Doesn't lock with most brands but it gets sound in and holds well enough without the lock.Perfect for most 2.5mm headphones especially with a recessed socket as is getting more common.

The cable fits well, is properly made and seems robust BUT !! .... because the cable is braided,if it touches anything, it will transmit that sound into the headphones. Totally disturbing !Really, I can't imagine a worse material for headphones.Eh well...Now I have bought a straightforward 'smooth' cable which is a pleasure to use.

This is perfect. Build quality isn't cheap, the cable is actually red with a mesh anti-kink covering, so you don't really notice that, but it's a cool little detail when seen up close. Connectors are equally as appealing and put together. Would buy others if required in future.

Does what it's supposed to do, but is fairly fragile. I consider myself to be careful with my headphones, but these cables start to fail after about a year. I'm now on my fourth replacement cable since 2018.

My cat keeps biting through my cables so I've been through a couple already and this one definitely feels like it's better quality then the others I've had.

El cable es perfecto para los HD598. Buenos acabados en las conexiones y en el enfundado del cable.El cable original es demasiado largo, por lo que el cable de 1,8m es perfecto para usarlo en el ordenador y que no arrastre el cable sobrante por el suelo.

Um nicht nur auf das 3 Meter lange Kabel für den Sennheiser HD598 angewiesen zu sein, fiel meine Wahl auf dieses kürzere Kabel.Klanglich kann ich keinen Unterschied zum Orginalkabel feststellen, der 3,5 mm Klinkenstecker passt perfekt,und somit bin ich mehr als zufrieden. 5 von 5 Sternen vergebe ich noch auf die Gesamt-Qualität des Kabels.Wenn ich nicht zufrieden wäre, würde ich das Kabel zurücksenden.Hinzuzufügen ist noch, daß Sennheiser nur die Kabellängen 1,2 m und 3m anbietet.[...]"Listen to the music"

Ich finde das Kabel sehr schön es ist hochwertig und anders als das Original Kabel für meine Sennheiser HD 598 braucht man nun kein Adapter mehr sondernt kann die 6,3 mm Klinge einfach anschrauben und hat nicht mehr so ein riesen Brocken am Handy hängen auch wenn der Preiß relativ hoch ist gefällt mir das Kabel trotzdem sehr gut
