The built-in bra on this one is a NO
The shaping component is excellent, the bra portion is lumpy and uncomfortable. Do with this information what you will.

Not what I was looking for.
I ordered a size large according to the chart. I'm 165 lbs, 5 ft, muscular build, size 10 jeans, size 8 dress, and size 36c bra. This shapewear fit nicely in the thighs/butt but the top was far too large and offered no support in the strapless form. It kept sliding down. If I went down a size, then the thighs would be far too tight and might create a bulge on my thighs. There was also very little compression in the stomach. I was looking for shapewear to wear under a tight dress and this item shows many lines. I am returning this as it is not what I was looking for.

Great buy
I really loved this product the quality is great. I really love the material it doesn’t make me sweat and it’s not uncomfortable. The compression it has on my stomach it really sucks it in. I can honestly say that it is a great value for the money I paid for it it’s well worth it. Like I said the compression is great. The built in push up bra is a big plus it lifts my breast up and holder them in. Last thing it’s not bulky under my dresses when I wear them it is very sleek.

Chest area runs small
I love the material very stretchy. But the breast part is small I have a bigger breast area and it run a little small. Everything else is a nice fit

Works for smoothing, not so much shaping
This did an overall good job. I needed a strapless bra for a bridesmaid dress, also needed some smoothing, as the dress showed a lot. This came in handy. The bra without the straps doesn't give much support. But if you have a top that is a little tighter, it gets the job done. I wouldn't really call this shapewear. Didn't give much shaping. But it helped for smoothing out certain areas on the body.
