Can always find Uses for these
One of those items you don't know you need until you do. There are an endless uses for these utility straps, and the quick release buckles make them a must for constricting unruly items and lashing them down. I grabbed a zero degree mummy bag which will basically take as much space as you have when expanded. So, when someone forgets their stuff sack, and it's time to pack it up, these straps can at least give you a chance at containment. They are even more useful with structured items like sleeping pads, tent poles, etc.. which can be lashed to the outside of your pack, instead of taking up valuable space inside.

Same Gear Aid Quality
I use a lot of Gear Aid products with my favorite being their tried and true Seam Grip Waterproof Sealant. It has saved my butt on quite a few rainy camping trips. So when I saw they had utility straps as well I knew I had to give them a try. These straps have so many uses and I always bring a few tie downs/straps on camping trips because of that reason. Never know when you're going to need them so it's nice to always have them handy. These straps are high quality, thick, and easy to adjust. I plan on using these to strap my sleeping pad to my backpack for my upcoming backpacking trip.
