Addis 502813 Plastic Butler Large Rectangular Bowl, Metallic Silver, 12.5 Litre

It very big but good quality

Needed a replacement bowl after my other half decided to place a hot roasting tray onto our last one and melted the ends off! Can't live with them and can't live without them :-) Anyhow opted for another Addis one as I knew the size was great and fitted into our kitchen sink as needed. The material is one of the best I have found for construction and sturdiness (as long as one does not place hot pans etc. onto it!!!). Our last one we had for at least 5 years so I know this will do the same - however my other half yet again placed a hot roasting tray onto it and after about 10 seconds realised and after a bit of swearing she lifted it off and noticed she had again melted the corner... you might be able to tell top-left of first image. (face-palm moment!) Anyhow I have purchased another one as I have no faith she will not do this again. Overall this is a well designed and robust bowl, made by a good brand and also is large enough to totally submerge a 10.5" plate. And at £6 it is a good value-for-money purchase for what it is. "JULIE! Do NOT put that hot roasting dish on the bowl!!!" I am not holding my breath on Julie not ruining this further so bought another spare one... you know... just in case.

Great as it's larger and deeper so it fills most of the sink so no big gaps and my plates fit flat in it to wash them and I can obviously wash more in it at one time. Sturdy and strong. Very satisfied. Unfortunately the delivery let the process down as was later than initially stated, otherwise I would of given 5 stars.

Very good large basin. Now with an energy crisis bought this for the wife, five children and the dog. It will make Saturday night bath night so much more convenient and cheaper. With one kettle of warm water I can have a great bath. Then the dog. Then the wife and children. They looked so happy when I showed it to them and told them this would be a great energy saver and basin for all our needs in these difficult times.

Item exactly as described would have given 5 but delivery was terrible via Evri was told they had it on 15th for delivery 16th then “delayed “ 3 times and finally delivered 19th despite having a prime next day delivery sticker

This is a large bowl and just what I needed for my sink at least this one fits a whole plate in without having to turn it round and do half and half.
