Q: How many balls do you need to knit a scarf?

Hi it depends on how wide length lose or tight knitter off the top of my head I would say about 4 balls but you can always get more Hope this is off some help

Yes, although it's classed as a chunky yarn so maybe even one stitch would do, depending on tiny the scarf is going to be! Or you could just cut a length, fold it in half and twist it a few times, then glue the ends... but don't use superglue unless you want it stuck to your fingers, lol.

Q: Is this “claret” bright red. I need red to finish of a project, lost wrapper for my red tinsel yarn so not sure if this is correct colour. Thanks

Hi. This one is Claret. The only other, what I would consider, reds that I can see they do is Flame and Sorbet. I only have the Claret, so it may be worthwhile Googling the others to see. The image is one taken from King Cole. I can take an image tomorrow in daylight of the Claret I've got if you think that would help.
