Seawhite Black Cloth Cover Sketchbook 140gsm Landscape A4

Hi what I have used this paper for so far is pretty dry watercolor and inks, it really good with inks, would be able to handle a very light wash, but for watercoluring I would recommend any stillman and birn very good all around paper. This paper can handle a lot and for the money its excellent. However it is NOT 92 pages this is very inaccurate, the seller is counting both sides of the paper, it is 45 actual sheets.

I was delighted to find these sketchbooks as I used them all the time at art school. The paper is excellent and stands up to lots of 'abuse' including the heavy use of inks and even watercolour. It does buckle a bit if you use a lot of water, but then it doesn't claim to be watercolour paper. Seawhite also offer a great range of formats and sizes. I ordered the A4 Landscape version and the format it lovely, just a little bit different. Highly, highly recommended if you want a hard-working sketchbook.

Fantastic quality items.I have a variety of these sketchbooks in different sized and shapes to suit whatever needs I have.I like to keep sketchbooks in all rooms of the house that I use and these are cost effective to do this whilst not suffering a loss of quality.I detest drawing or painting on cheap paper.This is extremely high quality and you feel as if your work will last forever.I have decorated the front of some of them, sealing with either PVA or, Mod-Podge (whichever was to hand).I will certainly purchase these sketch books again.

I've been using Seawhite sketchbooks for a few months now, and couldn't be happier with the products! I switched from Moleskine sketchbooks to those and I really don't regret my decision. The sketchbooks are sturdy (I always have one in my bag and I'm really not nice to my sketchbooks, so it's important for me to have a sturdy binding), the paper can take Indian ink, acrylic painting and watercolour with no problem, the cover is easily customable if you want to and the price is unbelievably low for a product of this quality!Couldn't recommend enough!

I love these sketchbooks. I'm a big fan of Seawhite's paper, it can take some wet and I love how the smooth grain feels against both fineliners and coloured pencils.Value for money and great products, I always try to buy Seawhite when I can because I know I can trust their paper quality without spending a fortune.

The paper is lovely and works especially well with graphite and ink. I used it with markers and there was a tiny amount of bleed but generally I use both sides of the paper and haven't had any problems doing so. I would be reluctant to use this with paints as the paper doesn't feel thick enough for that. Good for the price and I will definately buy again in future.
