I react badly to all kinds of standard Elastoplast type dressings, due to an allergy to the glue preservative, so I tried this for my plantar fasciitis fully expecting a nasty reaction… but no. No reaction at all. I’m so surprised and pleased that I can wear this tape with no adverse reaction. It seems to be holding on fairly well considering I’ve never used tape like this before and therefore am a novice at putting it on. I can certainly feel some benefit already after just one day of wearing it, but I could have put it in a bit tighter maybe. Next time I’ll have a go at stretching it more.

I recently purchased this tape for a friend who has tried out various types of tape in the past. They have spent a great deal of money on different brands, but were truly impressed by the quality of this one, especially considering the price. It's safe to say that this tape is one of the best they have ever used. One standout feature for them was how easily it can be removed without pulling off any hair. Based on their positive experience, I would definitely consider purchasing this tape again in the future. Thank you for providing such a great product!

Strong, very stretchy tape. A little thinner than some I have tried, but this makes it more flexible, easier to apply in a curve. Needs to be removed very carefully as the adhesive really stays put. A big improvement would be a cutting grid or lines on the backing paper rather than the advertising.

Stayed on well for a number of days, even with showering! No allergic reaction and gentle to take off.Now a go-to during training for rehabbing and protecting injuries. Good quality, good value, would buy again.

I was unsure if the tape was going to make any difference, but it did. Easy to use. Lots of videos on the net to guide you. The adhesive glue kept the tape in place while drumming. It was comfortable. No pulling. I have sensitive skin but I had no problems at all. My thumb felt supported.Taking the tape off was fine. No marks let at all. I would highly recommend giving it a go.

I bought Kinesiology tape for the first time. I was happy with it's function and use when dry, however it's adhesion when wet was poor no matter what level of immersion from a little spill to a shower, it came off easily. Unfortunately I required it to handle wet better as claimed and therefore quickly went through a whole roll of tape over a week. This was not ideal.If you're not planing to shower with the tape on, then I'd recommend, it seems a decent tape, however I have little experience with these

Speedy delivery, excellent quality and fit for purpose.Applied for knee support following the helpful guides on the website, stayed securely in place for over 10k of sweaty running! I am sure it would have stayed on longer as it took a bit of effort to remove it afterwards!

This tape is something I now have on hand like aspirin or band aids. Also helps prevent injury..tape before a rough hike. Adhesive lasts, great price.
