High Street TV QuadraPan Professional, 4-In-1 Non-Stick Divided Pan with Glass Lid Copper/Charcoal

I bought the Quadrapan around a month ago and have used it four or five times since, and I couldn't recommend it enough! Before even using it to cook, I was impressed with its professional appearance. For cooking a full English breakfast, I don't think it can be beaten. The four-in-one pan allows you to cool all parts of a fry up at once - for example sausages, fried or scrambled eggs, mushrooms and even hash browns can be cooked in the same pan at the same time. The two other things I love about it is that it drastically reduces the washing up as you only use one pan to cook a meal (and even better, washing it is very easy as it's non-stick, so it generally just needs a wipe with a warm soapy non-abrasive cloth). The other amaxing benefit I love is if you are trying to reduce fat in your diet, its ideal - there is no need to use oil or fat to cook, making frequent full breakfasts an even more appealing prospect! The tempered glass lid is great too, as it means cooking times speed up once the lid is on and more heat is trapped inside, plus as its glass, you can keep your eye on cooking progress without lifting the lid. I wouldn't be without it now. GET ONE! :-)

This is a fantastic product - I love how you can use it in the oven or on the hob, it's so versatile. You can roast, fry, griddle, steam and even poach on it. So far I've made dinner for my family (chicken fajitas), fish tacos for my friends and loads of tasty weekend cooked breakfasts. It's non stick so a healthy way to cook with no oils or fats needed and has saved us lots of dishwasher space cooking meals with only one pan! Would recommend to anyone.

I have given this pan five stars because for cooking and cleaning purposes it deserves them. There are some drawbacks - It is very heavy, I tried to scrape left over contents into my bin by using the handle but the pan slipped of the handle I thought I had inadvertedly pressed the release button so tried it again, no the handles are not securely fastenable they pull off easily without using the press button. Also you'ld need a mighty big oven to put the pan in if you wanted to use the handles - The handles are not oven proof but the idea is to remove them once the pan is in the oven I have not found ths possible and now use oven gloves.Cooking food items is perfect, only use oil if you want to , I have found eggs a bit tricky and cook them without oil so have to flip them for best finish, luckily my family are not worried about the look. Omelettes cook to perfection as do most other foods and it's good to be able to cook garlic mushrooms in the same pan as other items without the flavours mixing. Cleaning is a dream the pan more or less just wipes out - a perfect cooking pan for two people.

Didn't live up to all the hype. For a start, not everything can cook "without oil" and second, most food I've cooked (and I've tried a whole lot of items from eggs to vegetables to meats) ended up tasting strangely 'plastic'. Clearly designed by a Brit (OK, I apologize, that was uncalled for, and I categorically withdraw the calumny forthwith!) Instead let me say - reminded me of food cooked in a Microwave oven.

Delivery was very quick and the pan is very sturdy and good quality. I like that it is very easy to change from a frying pan to an oven dish, only a matter of seconds using the magnetic handles. So far I have cooked an English breakfast for a family of 4. I am a vegatarian and my children don't like mushrooms but I managed to cook vegarian sausages, pork sausages, mushrooms, beans and fantastic fried eggs, all separate and without using any oil. Everyone really enjoyed it and there was only 1 pan to wash up. I'm looking forward to trying some of the recipes in the book provided. I would defiantly recommend this product.

The pan is amazing and worth more than 5 stars! My only problem with this pan was the broken handle on the lid and the broken handle for the pan that was sent with it! It means I am unable to use both of these attachments! Very disappointed! Waiting to receive replacements but has been almost 2 weeks now! Can't wait to receive these so can at least make full use of this pan & give it the full 5 stars it deserves! Update: have down graded my review to one star. Heat does not spread evenly, used for second time today and eggs wouldn’t cook on outside corner and noticeable difference along front edge as well. Unfortunately can not recommend. Unfortunately cannot return now.Original review bits that still stand: Beautiful looking pan. I've only used this once so far. It's going to take some practise! i wonder if I should have stuck to the original plan and bought a griddle pan. Bacon cooked best and got rid of those horrible bits that come up into the troughs nicely. The egg wouldn't cook and stuck to the bottom, will try with a bit of butter next time. There is a lovely little book of recipes but it seems to countermand some of the instructions that came with the pan itself, which says don't use olive oil; the recipes do. The handles clip on and off perfectly, easy and very sturdy, it's a great feature.

The pan is successfully nonstick but is too big for regular use. If all compartments are used it's too heavy. Also i am finding it difficult to store. It only fits on to a large cupboard shelf, won't fit a saucepan rack and doesn't stack. A good contribution to the local charity shop!
