Fox Run 4868 Cupcake, Steel, 12 Cup Muffin Pan

Nicely made and does exactly what it says on the - ahem! - tin. I use mine with muffin/cupcake cases so I've never really had to wash it.

Only knocked one star off because let’s face it, it’s a lot of money for what it is but important to know so think the design of all these fox run muffin pans has been updated this one the XL x 6 and the tidgey pud models are all pressed out of a single sheet of stainless so no seams to get dirty. Stainless so no PTFE to eat or wear off in time should last a couple of lifetime!

Slightly deformed

This mini muffin tin arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. I was thrilled that it fit into my counter top convection\toaster oven....Anyways, I've already made "egg bites" or mini quiches for breakfast on the run. For easy cleaning, you need to use cooking spray or oil before filling the mini muffin tins. This item is too small for muffins or cupcakes, but amazing for "egg bites" .

I wanted a mini cupcake pan that would not rust and selected this one. I was a little concerned because of some negative reviews but decided to risk it. Glad I did. This is a beautiful pan. Magnets do not stick to it which means that it is 300 Stainless Steel so it won't rust! The pan is a good weight and sturdy so it won't warp. I like the way metal conducts heat and gives cupcakes a better texture than silicone. Care instructions are on the paper on top so don't throw it out.

It’s so hard to find stainless steel muffin pans but these are perfect! A little pricey but I feel good knowing they are non toxic, non stick, and dishwasher safe (which is so convenient). I grease them with a little avocado oil before baking and my muffins pop out super easily. I’ll definitely be purchasing a second if this one holds up to the test of time, but I’m very hopeful it will!

This stainless muffin pan is really good. The one I received does not have the lip around each muffin hole as it showed in the picture when I purchased, which is great because cleaning is easy! Have cleaned it in the dishwasher, no rust yet so I assume it is actual stainless steel.
