First, I love the bowls. Perfect size, gorgeous colors, very sturdy. However, it's the customer service I found to be exceptional. After receiving the 6 bowl set, I found the tan bowl had substandard color and the blue bowl had a very sharp piece imbedded in it. I reached out to the company via their email on the warranty card that was included with the set. They immediately responded and told me that they are going to replace the 2 defective bowls. Four days later, I received the replacements and they are outstanding. While they aren't the same color as the two other bowls, they are the perfect color for me. Can't thank customer service enough. I will definitely recommend these bowls to everyone. Not for just the beautiful and useful product, but for their customer service. This is how ALL businesses should operate if there is an issue or concern from their customers. Very grateful for their consideration.

I love these bowls. They are perfect for salsa or other dips. Great for small portions of candy, too. They microwave seamlessly. I love the colors and the uniqueness of each bowl. The outside texture is soft, but sturdy... Almost feels like fabric when you wash it. Very strange texture on the outer part of the bowl. Great buy!

I bought these in both the full size (soup/cereal big bowl) plus these little guys. I'm obsessed with these - use them for *everything* except dipping!Jewelry cache. Vitamins get thrown in. Safety pins. Earrings at my home office desk. And just "sitting there" looking cute.

These bowls are perfect for soy sauce, dipping sauce, or anything along those lines. I love the design with the different colors and the outer layer that almost makes them look like pottery. The quality is really nice too. I've washed these in the dishwasher many, many times and they all still look good as new!

Nicer quality than expected. Only wish they stacked better. But good size for side sauce and very cute colors.

I love these little bowls. They are a great size for dipping sauces and condiments, etc. they look nice, as well. There are a couple colors that I don’t care for as much as the others, but I still love them. I might order another set just to have more of the colors I do like. I use these all the time.

I purchased these bowls about a year ago. They are high quality, look great and have so far lasted well. I’ve used these pretty frequently and use the dishwasher to clean them. They all still look brand new. The colors are glossy and very attractive. The bowls feel substantial, and heavy (but not too heavy), which I appreciate. Solid value for money.When I got my set of 6 bowls, I noticed that the glaze on one of them was rough, as if the process didn’t quite take. I contacted the seller on Amazon who promptly sent me an extra bowl. I appreciated the friendly and kind service.I definitely recommend these.
