Danby DDW1802EBLS Compact Dishwasher, Stainless

Ordered older model and was sent this one. Was told they had fixed some issues with this model. However the machine broke within 3 months, repair company they want you to use is a joke. And Danby is not much better. Each phone call I make is filled with nothing but empty promises of sending a replacement in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I get another story and told another 2 weeks. Stay away from this machine and company.

We have had this small dishwasher for years now. It is the perfect size for our small vintage kitchen. It actually hold a lot of dishes, and some pots too. I took out the silverware rack since much of our silverware has wood handles so doesn't go in. Plenty of room, seriously. Runs perfectly, gets the dishes clean, is quiet, and uses very little dishwashing gel. What's not to love?

Biggest pile of junk ever. They make sure it works until right when the warranty is over and it suddenly breaks. Front button controls stopped working, Wont give any help to fix it "out of warranty" a dishwasher that doesnt move shouldnt even break in a year or 2. I will NEVER buy another Danby product ever again. and will go out if my way to ensure nobody else will either.

This product is awful. The motor had broken within 7 months. After several months waiting for the back ordered motor to arrive, without a working dishwasher, the framing started to come apart. This product is a piece of junk.
