I am 57, menopause done, hair is getting thinner certainly at the front, thought I was losing a bit more hair lately, hairdresser confirmed the situation; Thought it was time to do something. I trust Phyto and liked as all their shampoos I used in the past. I thought I'd combine all what they have in the category of women hair loss/thinking/etc... the shampoo is very nice but nothing special to declare; I dont expect the shampoo to make a great deal of difference on its own. I used the serum as indicated 3 times / week as a starting attack plan and I also bought their capsules (two caps/day). After 3 weeks, I feel the hair has more tonus, the loss has reduced (stopped) and I believe hair start growing again. The serum is easy to use once you have (very) firmly fixed the plastic funnel. I have not used any conditioner at all since the start because both shampoo and serum leave the hair soft and shiny and I did not want to bring some external substance to the treatment. I also refrained to use any styling products whenever possible. I re-ordered to be able to continue with the serum but only twice a week while I continue with the caps (2 months). The pack is very good value, the shampoo is worth the incremental cost.

I have used after my pregnancy and in some stress period and it is the only product works.
