Snob Cats Approve!
I've got three little hellraisers that usually can't agree on which food they like, especially when I'm trying to feed them the 'good' stuff (aka, not the snouts & tails). Any other pricey wet food I've tried that is grain free, healthy, human grade, etc they are not buying into that hipster BS. Out of many attempts, maybe 2 of my 3 will like this, but 1 out of 3 prefers this, or I go 0 for 3.However, I bought this trying to help my 6 year old and a 1 year old boys with some dander/skin itchies. The boys and the 1 year old girl all love this food and finish it with a look of 'please sir may I hav'summore?" I tell them "first off, it's ma'am and secondly when did you learn cockney??"But in all honesty, I'll gladly pay a little extra to know that all 3 of my furchildren will actually clean the plate completely. I've noticed less dandruff and a shinier/softer coat on all 3 as well. Delicious and healthy?! Can't believe it!Can't recommend enough!

Cat food that looks like actual meat!
Avoderm is a brand I trust, and while the flavors can be a bit hit or miss, at least I can feel good about the quality. The Tuna and Crab flavor was not a super-duper hit with my Siamese, and she will usually go for tuna and crab flavors in other brands (such as Soulistic Tuna and Crab Surimi). That being said, she will at least pick at this for a few minutes, unlike the similar Avoderm Sardine Shrimp and Crab flavor, which she will not touch with a 10 foot pole. The best thing about it is that when you open the can, it is identifiably shredded meat. Not pressed "meaty morsels". Actual meat chunks and shreds. For the record, Avoderm does not skimp on the cans. They are listed as 3oz, and the contents weigh in at 3oz, as long as you take care to spoon out all the gravy, and don't leave it all in the can. That's better than a lot of other brands, which claim to be 3oz, but actually weigh less, or for pate versions, which often have a conspicuous void in the center of the can. (i weigh my cat's food every day for consistency.)The price on Amazon was pretty decent for a pallet of 24 cans---just be sure that your cat actually likes the flavor first before you get stuck with something they won't tolerate.

Soft Fur
My cats love this brand. It's expensive but delicious and does make their fur softer. It even helps introduce a new cat into the house. Cats will tolerate each other if they're eating this in the same room.

My picky cat loves it - try this if your cat won't eat dry food or pate style wet food!
I have a cat who has pancreatitis, and lost a lot of weight over a two-month period. I bought so many brands of expensive, natural, grain- free, dry and canned food, hoping to boost his nutrition and help with putting on some more weight, but he would only sniff them and walk away. Knowing he really only liked wet food with chunks in gravy before he got sick, I took a chance and ordered a case of AvoDerm Tuna and Crab Entree in Gravy, and he loved it! He eats one to 3 cans a day and has started putting a little weight back on. When it was time to reorder, i got another case of Tuna and Crab, and also took a chance on a case of the AvoDerm Chicken Chunks Entree in Gravy, and I am so happy that he loves that one too! Yes, AvoDerm is more expensive than the others we used to feed him, but in looking back, the less expensive brand we used to feed him had lots of chicken "meal", grains, and fillers in them, and may have contributed to his pancreatitis. Very happy with the ingredients and nutritional value of AvoDerm wet cat food. We will definitely be buying more of both the Chicken Chunks Entree in Gravy and the Tuna and Crab Entree in Gravy.

Weird consistency and smell
I thought that would be good for my cats because it was natural plus the price of it wasn’t bad. In first moment when I opened up the can I was shock with consistency of the product it’s kind of weird. My cats thought so too. They went for it first time but after that they run away Looks like they are not vegetarian

Wow. Where do I start? The worst.
First let me say I am a long-time customer and have been purchasing Avoderm Tuna & Crab wet food for my cat for 11 years. It's literally the only food he will eat! Until their recent buy-out to a larger company, and the new company decided to alter the formulation without indicating that on their label (probably to save money and also to try to trick their customers). The result? The most disgusting cat food of all time!ORIGINAL FOOD: Pink meat, cat-sized bits, with white crab pieces on top, seemed human-grade, smell was fineNEW FOOD: Gray meat, ginormous chunks fit for a dog, no crab to be seen, mixed within an oily, greasy, stinky, vile, gelatinous fillerSeriously: The "brains" behind the "new Breeder's Choice Pet Foods LLC" thought we wouldn't notice?! Are you kidding me? My cat won't touch the stuff!! And I hate preparing it now anyway!! It's that gross. And since I *always* buy 3 cases at a time, I now have a mountain of cans in my pantry that can't be used, which I now intend to donate to the Humane Society. Maybe it's better in the trash, though? No cat should have to eat this!My cat has only been able to eat this ONE food because, as a cat, he is super finicky. He is also sick and fighting cancer and pancreatitis and is on chemo, so he can't digest dry food and it's very important that I keep his weight healthy. When he began rejecting his food meal after meal over the past couple of weeks I was completely panicked and mystified!! A little Google searching led me to the company's press release announcing the buyout. And so, after much trying out other flavors and brands, TG I found competitor Tiki Cat -- they also have a tuna and crab flavor and it looks like HE LOVES IT! Not to mention, the food is completely superior to Avoderm in every way!!! If you are looking to switch, this could be a good choice for your cat. I am so grateful that I have found a new brand he likes. To the decision-makers behind the new Avoderm, you made a difficult 2020 even harder for those of us with finicky cats. It's an outrage what you did behind the scenes, and I'm no longer an Avoderm customer.
