Love this Raclette , we bought this to replace an old one we had from France , we love the fondue feature , also the fact that the smoke is kept to a minimum when cooking on top .Always loved the social aspect of sitting round a table with family and friends cooking and eating together. We used this for Christmas eve 2019 and loved it. Having enough platters meant our small group of 4 could use 3 each. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Cooked the food well, great heat. No problem not being able to control heat. Didn't like the pan area, takes up too much space and if you don't have a pan on you can't turn it off so you Have exposed hot rings. Otherwise if you are going to use with cheese pan all the time then would recommend.

Cannot use at the table due to short lead, defeats the purpose of all cooking together af the table. if you use an extension it does not heat up on half of the raclette.

Very disappointed to have spent £50 on something that feel so cheap! The grill doesn’t seem to get hot enough to cook anything within any reasonable time on either the top or in the pans underneath!The fondue takes up much more space than anticipated and leaves you with only enough grill space for 4people max!Very very disappointed! What a waste of money :(

Excellent raclette grill and hot plate. Yet to use the fondue as there is only so much cheese one can eat over a weekend but will definitely have one next week.

We have great fun eating with raclette, children love cooking food and trying out new meals,some weird concoctions.

Loved it but wished it had a thermostat dial/control
