Been using this every single day for over three months now and figured it's time to leave a proper review. I got into light therapy after hearing Andrew Huberman talk on his podcast about how 10000 lux exposure in the morning is the most effective way to spike your cortisol early and get your body clock going for the day. Wanted to try it without spending a fortune and this lamp delivers. The 10000 lux setting is genuinely bright. You feel the difference within the first few days of consistent morning use. I do 20 minutes every morning at full blast and it's become non negotiable in my routine now. The touch control on the base is responsive and easy to use without looking. The remote is a bonus for when I have it set up across the room as a floor lamp while working. Multiple brightness settings let you dial it in depending on time of day and how close you're sitting. I keep it at max for my morning session and lower it when I'm just using it as a reading light later. The gooseneck is what makes this worth it over the cheaper flat panel ones. You can angle it exactly where you need it and it stays put. Doesn't droop over time. Build quality feels solid, not flimsy or plasticky like some of the budget options I looked at before this. For what this costs versus what the premium therapy lamps go for, the value is there. Three months of daily use and still going strong.

I very much like this light therapy lamp. I am using this for resetting and keeping my circadian rhythm intact so I can sleep better at night. This lamp is easy to assemble and the remote is very handy. I like the color variations of this lamp and use the yellow in the early evening to bring down cortisol. The brightness is perfect and helps to get my body and mind ready to wake up feeling great for the day. I was only able to sleep around 5 hours or so at night, waking up and unable to go back to sleep. This morning I woke refreshed and was able to get almost 7 hours of restful sleep, some 3 days after using light therapy. I use a microdose of melatonin, 300 micrograms at 7:15pm. I also go out of the house here in southern NV with the rising sun and walk for 20-30 minutes as well. I feel much better physically and mentally. This light therapy, I believe with just 20-30 minutes in the early morning while it is still dark, is key in improving my well-being.

I love this light. I got it to sit beside my bed to use when I crochet or read. It is so nice. I can adjust the brightness. I can swivel it to watch TV or to focus on a project. Highly recommend

Bought this for a friend who suffers significant Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The lamp has proved a real blessing! It's easy to use and choose the various color temperatures and brightness levels. Had to take off one star for the trouble I had assembling the stand. It should have been straightforward, but there was paint on the inside threads of one of the couplings which made it impossible to screw the parts together. I carefully soaked the threads in paint remover, being careful not to get any on the paint of the coupling exterior. After some very detailed scouring of the inside threads with a sharp awl, the parts screwed together effortlessly.

I like this lamp, especially for the remote control. I really don't believe I used the light as much if I didn't have the remote. I actually bought a total of four different lamps, and this was my favorite, mostly due to the size which is very, very small.You'd be surprised at how much light it gives but again, the remote. The similar other ones that I have bought don't have remotes, which means you have to get up.And down every time you want to turn and on and off, and it is kind of a pain in the butt

I’ve had ‘happy lamps’ years ago - did nothing. These newer ones are so different. I have this ona plant stand and pointing over my desk. It feels like I’m sitting in the sunshine! The level of light is great! Really happy with this purchase! You can leave out a section of the stand to make it shorter too.

Works as described. I use it in my office space, my reading chair and hobby table. Easy to move - not heavy. Love the remote! I leave the remote at the doorway to the room so I can turn on the light before entering a dark room. Love the lighting options. Really like the nightlight feature, too. I recommend this light. I would buy another if needed.

I have been looking for a floor lamp for ages, but I couldn't find one that really fitted my needs. This lamp does! It simulates natural light, which helps with my Seasonal Depression. It is also very adjustable , so I have light where I need it. It also comes with a remote control that allows you to change the lighting if/when needed. Very easy set up!
