I am so pleased I bought this puck aas it makes keep my mous ein power a breeze. No need to buy the Razer charger as you can just place your mouse on the same charger you use for your mobile phone or in my case smart watch

Upon purchasing the Razer Naga V2 Pro, I had high expectations given its premium price point. The mouse itself met these expectations in terms of performance and quality. However, I was taken aback by the necessity of purchasing a separate wireless charging puck for this model. Given the mouse's high-end positioning in the market, it strikes me as odd that it would be shipped with a non-functional puck, only to require an additional purchase for wireless charging capability. This approach seems incongruent with the premium experience one anticipates from a brand like Razer. While the wireless charging puck performs flawlessly, enhancing the overall user experience with its convenience and efficiency, its exclusion from the original package feels like a missed opportunity for complete customer satisfaction. For a product in this price bracket, one would reasonably expect such essential accessories to be included. In summary, while the charging puck is a must-have for maximizing the functionality of the Razer Naga V2 Pro, the separate purchase requirement does slightly diminish the value proposition of this otherwise exceptional product.

excellent, I can charge it with my belkin wireless phone charger but you have to put Charging Puck it in the center

It works, makes the mouse wirelessly chargeable. For the price paid for the Naga v2 mouse I have I feel it should have been included.

Fit and worked first time. I am using it with the Anker wireless charger and it works with no issues. I have also tried it on a generic Qi charger and it worked albeit a lot slower.

The puck would not work with any of my other wireless chargers. You are forced to buy a wireless charger with this puck as its not compatible with anything . this should be built into the mouse. I dont want to buy another charger just for my mouse as i have better chargers already on my desk built into my desk mat. I will think twice before every ordering anything from Razer again.

The accessory is a valuable addition to the Basilisk V3 Pro mouse, enabling rapid wireless charging. However, it would have been more appropriate to include it with the mouse rather than requiring a separate purchase.

It is the second puck I buy (I have 2 mice) and it is really convenient to charge wirelessly.

Works with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. And is compatible with all the Qi chargers I have so far. My only minus would be the price.
