What are you talking about? This is soy protein based. There's no whey. If there was, I wouldn't be able to drink it.

Q: Is this considered as a protein drink like Muscle Milk/Whey?

Yes. There's 20g of protein, if I remember correctly. But Muscle Milk is primarily protein and nothing else, because it's designed for strength training. This is a complete meal replacement, like Ensure or Slimfast. You get a balanced dose of all your daily vitamins and nutrients in this, and not just protein alone.

Q: Is dis shakes thick to make u feel full

I add 10-12 ounces of lactose free milk to mine to make a thinner consistency that lasts me longer, gets more milk in my diet and I love the consistency and taste of it like that. I havnt tried making it thicker as I don’t prefer thicker smoothies/shakes with powders because they taste chalky to me. I’m interested in trying it still thin the way I do it but adding some more dense things in such as vegetables to make a heavier/thicker drink! I do feel full after drinking it even though I drink it as a thin drink!
