Very Bad Printer and Customer Service
Very Bad Printer and poor Customer Service. Within 4 months the ink toner started to spill and when took it to the authorised service centre, they refused to repair it as they blamed saying it was not purchased from their shop and since it was purchased from Amazon, they declined to repair. So buying this kind of items from Amazon is questioned.

Paper feeder capacity not as described
The description about the input sheets of up to 850 is misleading, and it should be made clear to customers. I have found out that you need an extra paper feeder for that: Canon PF-K1 Paper Feeder 5693C001, which has a capacity for 500 sheets. The paper feeder of this printer is only for 250 sheets. And that is disappointing and any further accessory needed should be made clear. Canon has failed in properly describing this product in Amazon marketplace Also, the front cover seems a bit loose, and it does not fit tight when closed. Is it supposed to be like that or it is a fault
