Holland Plastics Original Brand Bar-Be-Quick 4kg Lava Rock-Natural volcanic lava rocks for gas barbecues.

The package contained mostly lava rocks, and the rocks are good quality. I have previously brought from other main brands that had too many non-lava rocks in the pack.The rocks were mostly medium sized, a few large, and a handful of small rocks. A few small rocks fell through the bbq tray but not many. Overall I will definitely buy again next season.

Hi, I bought these Lava rocks for a family gathering, so had to use on day of opening box. Otherwise I would have sent them back!I agreed to buy a box of 4kg lather rocks for our gas BBQ. On opening the box, the rocks were inclosed in a plastic bag. 1.25kg were garden stones and not fit for purpose.

I was very disappointed when I got the box. There are manu stones and not lava rocks. Complete waste of money!!

Please note, this is a review of the product not the company...the company have been great in rectifying this with the manufacturer.I bought these to replace the lava rocks that came with my Outback BBQ. Unfortunately, the box I received contained maybe just under half lava rocks and the rest were plain old rocks...so the 4kg I was promised was made out of heavy rocks that are not as described. I picked all the lava rocks out and have uploaded images to show the difference, not only in looks and function but in the weight as well. Lava rocks are super light and porous to aid flavour and heat distribution on a BBQ. Such an unfair description of the product. I would have rather just have paid for a smaller box of just lava rocks, I could have dug the other ones out of my own garden, they are not fit for BBQing with. Shame.Company were great though.

Good product and I have used it for my charcoal grill in my shop but when it was delivered the paper wrapping was torn as if some one wanted to know what it was inside the box that made me abit angree and I must mention that it was derived to my house on time thanks.
