I can leave it in for about 2hrs but if I do a deeper condition and sit under a steamer about 30mins

Yes you can, I use it on my natural hair which I also have never done anything too and it has been amazing, leaves the hair feeling amazing and soft.

can i use this on human hair extensions?

This is item is excellent on human hair. It's a treatment so needs to be left in for at least 15 mins with heat if you can and your hair will be left soo soft and smelling lovely. Even on really tired dry hair is softened.
