Price & Kensington Script Dinner Set, 16 Piece

The item arrived extremely quickly, which surprised me. As I took each item of crockery out of the box I was rather expecting it to be broken but no, everything was absolutely fine. My only gripe is that the mugs are larger and a bit clumsier than the ones we had before they got chipped, hence the purchase of this set. Apart from the issue with the mugs I am very happy with the purchase as I like the design of this set. Thank you for making sure the pieces arrived intact.

So pleased with this dinner service....lovely weight to the china....lovely script writing on the china which doesn't look like tranfers......good shapes and good sizes to the pieces.....has been in the dishwasher and microwave fine....so chuffed with this set, I've ordered another one.

This is a good dinner set containing 4 dinner plates, 4 side plates and 4 mugs and 4 bowls. They are all a good size and the bowls are great for cereal or soup. Item arrived on time but alas one of the side plates was broken. Phoned Amazon who offered to replaced the set or refund part of cost, choose to accept a part refund. Would recommend Amazon labeled fragile items, as it was well package but no warning as the contents. I enjoy using the mugs for tea and coffee.

Ordered this and it was delivered within 48 hours - smashed to bits !! Eventually managed to get Amazon to email me a returns label to my work address as I don't have a printer at home. Ordered a replacement that was delivered before I sent the damaged set back. Replacement arrived - also smashed. Several telephone calls later and a full refund was issued together with instructions not to return either set of damaged crockery to Amazon (aka Smashazon). A few weeks later came a barrage of emails demanding the return of the crockery and threats to invoice me for it. More phone calls and hopefully the matter is finally resolved. The crockery is basic but has flaws in the finish - imperfections in the glaze and artwork. Most importantly - not packed suitably for transit - hence the recurring damage. You have been warned !!

2 mugs chipped on arrival. Not particularly bothered as wanted for the plates. Ok set. Nothing special, but will be ok for everyday use. Can't expect much better for £29.99.

We ordered two sets of these dinner services. Both were smashed to smithereens when they arrived, as they were so poorly packaged. On top of that, one of the dinner services was left outside in the pouring rain which meant the box was nearly destroyed by the time I picked it up, which proved difficult as the bottom of the box was nearly non existent by that time. I can't comment on the dinner service itself as we never got to use it. All in all, a very poor show from Amazon, and I personally won't order these types of goods from them again, especially at busy times as I can't trust that the items will be properly packaged, and delivered in a useable condition.

3 out of 4 side plate delivered broken. I do not know what shall I do and how they could replace them
