Xerox Phaser 3330dni Wireless A4 Mono Laser Printer with Duplex 2-Sided Printing, White/Blue

This replaces my old HP LaserJet 6MP printer and I am very pleased with it so far. It's compact with satisfactory build quality and produces fast, sharp print-outs. As it is network compatible, it's perfect for my setup of Macs, running different versions of OSX. It also has PostScript 3 built-in as well as standard PCL printer languages.Once running, I can't fault it at all and it comes with lots of extra features such that would satisfy a larger office setup (a large monthly duty cycle, duplex printing etc). A really nice thing is that it comes with a standard capacity toner cartridge, not just a 'starter'. It states it is good for 2,600 pages.However, one thing it lacks is a comprehensive user's manual included in the box. There is the usual printed quick-setup guide and installation leaflets, plus a software CD (Windows only - Mac users have to go to the Xerox website to download the relevant printer driver). I like to have a decent reference guide for ordinary users like me to take advantage of its features. I managed to track down the user guide online.Instead of using its USB connection, as I intend to use the printer physically connected to the office ethernet network, one thing that is really important to note is that you have to temporarily turn off the wireless AirPrint connection on the printer first to enable (switch on) the onboard Ethernet card! It will then correctly join the ethernet network. This fact isn't mentioned anywhere and I managed to find this out only by visiting the Xerox user forums. The AirPrint turns back on later, also enabling wireless printing.In summary, this is a very good mono laser from a good manufacturer at a great price. Recommended.

Good little desk top B&W laser. Print quality is not top quality but cant go wrong if you need a small work from home laser. Fast & quiet compared to our office OKi's

All of our printers easily shared on the network. This one can not be shared. Few IT companies tried they said the problem is with the printer. Amazon connected to be Xerox yesterday. They said as long as it prints in one computer they can’t help anymore. Waste of money. Poor service

Good printer but a big footprint, heavens knows why the thing is so big.One big problem with this printer is.......It loves to print configuration pages every time it is switch on.If you go to the trouble of disabling the "print configuration page" it will stop! until that is... you switch the printer off again, then the next time it starts up it prints the configuration page again.I remove the paper before I switch the thing on which fools the stupid thing. Then after its finished its start up routine I put the paper back in the tray.I am sure your asking Why don't you just leave it on? Answer: I hate leaving things on when they are not in use and not very environmental and how hard can it be add an option to manually disable the configuration page permanently.

This printer is value for money, versatile and fabulous quality if you deal with graphics or illustrations. I do pencil drawings and each stroke came out very accurately. Many other mono printers have the accent on speed and documentary printouts but this has speed AND detailed output. On a minor niggle - by default it initially prints out a cover sheet on each printout - but this is easily cancelled on the dialogue box just before the actually printing. Brilliant piece of kit!

Each time printing, a trial sheet will be printed out, not environmental friendly. How could I resolve this problem?

I have used this printer half a dozen times since September 2020. There’s a roller inside which has a hole on it through heat probably.This printer is meant to be a work horse, how disappointing.The seller should offer an immediate replacement and has put me in touch with the manufacturer instead.
