I like this product. I bought this for a small dog, but can accommodate a medium sized dog as well as it is rigid enough to deal with the weight. Build quality is good and I can see this lasting for quite some time. The foam internals are robust and does not compact when in use. The plastic inserts for the steps ensure rigidity when in use.After reading the reviews regarding expansion and quality issues, I did not have any of these. When expanding right out of the box/plastic, I was able to use this within minutes. It wasn't pretty with wrinkles but it was usable. It fully expanded within a couple of hours and the wrinkles went away in 24 hours. The seems and zipper were good with no issues. I was quite surprised of this after reading the negative reviews.Overall, the value and quality of this product is good. I would recommend.

I live this and so does my little Frenchie. It was easy to set up although, the plates that stiffen the steps are a bit snug to get in at first but this helps it to not come out. My little gut loves using them to get on the bed. It is very durable and can even hold the weight of my 72lb pitbull (he doesn’t have to use them, he just like to be included I think lol). The fabric is well but together and zips up easily. It’s soft to the touch. I plan to get more for my couch and for my kids’ bed.

My older chihuahua wasn’t able to jump on the bed anymore after we got a new (taller) mattress, so I ordered this stair set. It took about 2 days to teach him how to climb them (by holding him & guiding him up until he got comfortable doing it on his own). Now he’s an absolute pro & climbs with ease! We took out the cardboard inserts that go on each stair because his claws would slide when he tried to grip. We put the inserts in the bottom to weight it a bit more. After a year & 4 months of owning this, it’s still in excellent condition & looks new! The fabric texture itself is easy for my pup to grip & soft to walk on. The dusty pink is really pretty & matches the color scheme of my room. I highly recommend this product, it has been well worth the money! (Just make sure you measure the height of your bed from floor to top of mattress before buying so you can see what size stairs you need.) Even if it’s not quite as tall as your bed, the pup can jump the last little bit onto the mattress (as if the mattress is the final stair.) 🐾🐕

Sturdy and just the right height for access to a couch, a large recliner or low bed. Packaging was extremely well done. Easy to assemble. I have a small 15 pound Yorkie who uses it with no issues.I chose this type instead of many others for its construction which does not have any wobble when the dog uses it but is light weight and easy to move or carry around if needed.

I've had other stairs and ramps in the past...always had to return them. This set of stairs is GREAT! My dogs love it (they are small...not sure how a heavy dog would hold up because the stairs are a heavy foam but have treads that are inserted so they dont sink).The best part is that you can unzip the liner and remove the top portion if you're using for a lower height, like a couch. Love it! I've only used it for a day, so not sure how to zippers and the rest of it will hold up, but the functionality is great.

I have a tiny dog that loves to sit in the window so I bought one of these, thinking she could get up there while I was gone. It worked so well that I bought two more. She zips up and down all three of these very comfortably and sits in the windows. Could be used to access a bed or sofa as well. I bought the gray, khaki and beige. Gray and khaki are great. The beige isn't as good quality. The beige material looks puckered and wrinkled with gaps between the inserts, especially from the sides and the dark inserts show. They seem identically made, so I'm guessing the darker colors just hides it more. If you're on the fence about color, definitely go with a darker one. Besides, the beige looks like it'll get dirty quickly!

They’re nice, just tall for both of my dogs. The height freaks them out. I wish I had more options of how they could be put together, I use this as an ottoman for them to get off and on the couch. There wasn’t any smell. They were a little slippery on the ground for my bigger dog, could have been sturdier too. Maybe I should have gotten the next size down. I got the one I did because I had a tall bed. But these are narrow steps so my dogs didn’t feel comfortable using them. There were pros and cons for me, but for my dogs the cons outweighed the pros. So now they’re a long ottoman.

I tried three other brands and type of dog stairs before I found the winner. I needed a 5 step for my high bed frame. I have a french bull dog and his legs and torso are short. This is good quality and safe. Minimal set up. Even has stairs slots to place stair boards inside cover to ensure firm footing for dog and will make this product last longer.Removable cover. Has a handle to carry it from one room to the next and becomes a smaller stairs or just a floor cushion for dog.Super happy! Buying another for downstairs
