I’ve been really impressed with the SMALLRIG P96 LED Video Light. It’s compact, lightweight, and fits perfectly into my camera bag without taking up much space. The build quality feels solid, and the adjustable color temperature and brightness make it super versatile for different shooting environments.Battery life is surprisingly good for such a small unit, and I love that it charges via USB-C — no fussing with extra cables or proprietary chargers. The magnetic back is a smart touch too, making it easy to mount quickly when needed.Whether I’m filming interviews, b-roll, or need a quick fill light, this little panel consistently delivers. A reliable, well-made piece of kit that’s become a regular part of my setup.

I was pleasantly surprised with this light.It's incredible bright when you need it and can also god nicely dim to be softer.The ability to change the warmth of the light is also perfect for whatever environment I'm in.I use this on my canon camera for when I'm vlogging or if i'm shooting photos of someone and need some extra light.I've also used it on its own for extra light source and it just comes in handy for so many scenarios.The power of the product is strong and it lasts a long time and the portability is a big plus for me.good value for money!

This little light is excellent, simple as that...but what amazes me is the battery life.. Says 100 minutes in the spec sheet... So I fully charged it, turned it on, set it to minimum brightness, dialed the colour temp to midway between cool and warm. This was around 10:33pm. Woke up the following morning at 6:45 am, still going, only half charge used, writing this review at 8:52am and still going.. OK so maybe their test was at full brightness, but hey, even on the lowest, it is definitely bright enough for me... Wondering if I could use one of the on my bike, so order 3 more.Smallrig make so very nigh quality gear and these little lights, that have cold shoe and 1/4 thread are definitely something, every photographer/videographer/vlogger should have in their kit...Oh and if it's a studio set up, they will run while connected via the USB cable, however could shorten the batteries life, so do so at your own risk.Excellent little light... Highly recommended

This is a handy, compact light that’s great for vlogging, Zoom calls, and quick setups. The adjustable colour temperature is a nice touch, and the brightness is decent for its size. Build quality feels solid, and it’s very portable – easy to pop in a bag.However, the battery life isn’t amazing, and it’s not bright enough for anything beyond close-up or small space use. Great for casual content or as a fill light, but not powerful enough to be your main lighting source.Overall, good value for the price – just know its limitations.

I bought similar priced RGB lights and they were a lot better. They had none of these issues:1. Only 4 levels of brightness, not 100 as advertised2. No little screen to let you know know what the settings are3. No magnetic back to attach to things4. The Hotshoe/tripod attachment feels like it will snap off, it's also too long5. No real USB-C charging, only 5v cable6. The interface is awful, you have to press the mode dial 13 times to get to the RGB mode7. There's no way to adjust the saturation in the RGB, so you can't really adjust the colour very well8. Not granular enough adjustments, it jumps from red to purple9. Very bad diffusion, you can see each individual LEDIf you've not tried any other budget light you may think it's ok, but it's very poor by comparison.

Compact, good battery, quick charging and a valuable addition to my camera bag.Colour options are great and it comes with plenty of pre-programmed options.Easy to use, well priced & built to last.
