POE ports never worked, they stated 48v would work fine. My Svc3 cameras that work fine with a POE switch would NOT work in this device.Returned immediately.The interface is very crude.

I have been installing and using several DVR types over the last 10 years. This one works fine. Any DVR set up has a learning curve. Very compact, good quality construction. Picture is very clear and software works— locally and on iPhone. Not sure why it’s received low ratings. I think people tend to blame the device if they can’t figure it out.

Do not buy it. They do not have tech support in the United States. You should reset password when first time using.

I used it to replace a qsee nvr that went bad. I've had it since Nov. It was easy to set up and was plug and play. It has worked great since.
