This helpful kit arrived on time and is most welcome. I am about to have a hip operation and every item in the kit will be invaluable especially if like me you live alone, except for my dog. Included is a long reach tool which can be folded in half making it easier to tuck away until you need it. Also included are a long reach dressing stick and sponge which means you can reach everywhere with very little effort. The sock tool is excellent as is the extra long shoe horn - saves a lot of struggling. Really glad I bought it and of course you can pass it on.

My Dad had a hip replacement and I bought this kit for him to see him through! He thought I was taking the mickey by buying him this set but eventually realised that it was indeed extremely helpful and useful! Very good value and the sock tool is absolutely amazing as he used this most!

I purchased this as it was recommended by the occupational therapists when I was in hospital following a total hip replacement. The most useful item is definitely the grabber although it has a maximum lifting weight of 1 kg. The grabber has come apart in the middle a couple of times but it was easily fixed.The long shoe horn is useful although it would be better it was longer.The sock aid is not brilliant. If one puts the entire sock on the aid, the sleeve of the sock is not pulled up the ankle. If only the top part of the sock is fed onto the aid, the foot cannot go into the sock. Perhaps my technique is incorrect and more practice is needed but I have used this a few times. It is better than not having a sock on at all though!I have not found a use for the dressing stick and am not sure how to use it.

I am due to have hip replacement surgery and this handy kit contained all the useful aids that I will apparently need - and at a very reasonable price too.I have limited mobility now and I have in particular found the sock 'putter on" to be fabulously useful - wish I had got one of these before.All in all a very useful and reasonably priced buy - thanks to whoever put this together.

Grabber is not good and very wafey so far it has struggled to pick up most things I have tried to pick up unless it's something like a piece of paper then it works fine. All other items are fine and as described

I have already written a review on the sellers website. I haven’t used it yet but very pleased with the high quality products. The shoe horn is nice and long as are the other items. Before buying from this site I was looking to buy the items singularly and just a shoe horn would cost £20. In this pack you get 5 items for £20! The sock and stockings item looks a little complicated but all good thanks!

I am si pleased with this product, its good value. I have difficulty dressing, and using my hands the items sent are brilliant. They are extremely light weight and easy to use. My daughters help me and these will also help them with personal care. Thank You so much
