Do not buy this, it's absolutely unfit for purpose.You'll see that it comes in two pieces - black and green.The black part connects to the tap securely, which is great. What's not great is the fact that the thread you screw into the green bit is made of flimsy rubber, which means any kind of pressure applied, say, when you turn on the tap, for instance, forces the green part to explode off, spilling water from the hose everywhere. The company that makes these clearly knows this, because they use cheap glue in the thread to try and stick it together.Honest, if this was 50p, it would still be 49p too expensive.

Had this for a few years to add hot water from the kitchen tap and take the edge off the kids paddling pool.Our tap is round and 24mm in diameter.This connector is a snug fit to start with but the thumb clip helps make it more secure.Product info says 18mm max dis which I guess is wrong. I'd say 25mm max and 15mm minimum.I'd also say you'd need minimum 25mm of straight tap to connect this to.Haven't had any trouble connecting other hoses to the yellow connector.

Arrived promptly, does exactly what it says. I needed three for rain water butts, two were to allow the use of non kink hose pipe to link two water butts in preference to the use of corrugated connecting hose which is fairly useless. The third went on the water butt tap. The butterfly tightening on the clip is much better than the slotted screw on others I have used.

Does not fit our round headed taps very well. Turning the tap on forces this adaptor off. Loosen it up & it leaks. Tried 2 different taps in the house, same result. Only plus is that it is easy to adjust and looks sturdy. For me, unusable.

Poor quality. The black part came away from the green part on first use. Can be screwed back together but the 'glue' used to seal it peeled away and when the hose is turned off the nozzle breaks again under the pressure.

Once removed from plastic fronted card l found it did not fit my tap. No use to me. As opened could not return.

Looks great and would fit well but unfortunately it is too small for my tap. I asked for a refund and the seller refunded me with no issues and said to not return.

Avoid this. Very poor quality never worked correctly and broke on its second use.
