Amazing, refreshing flavor! It reminds of those scorching hot days I had to endure in Florida but then having one of the most refreshing and quenching drinks ever. Plus it very healthy for you. I give this a 9.8 out of 10. I also tried the Blueberry Lemonade flavor and that was a 9.3 out of 10. Its not as good as the Watermelon Lime but still great tasting and a nice change after a few tubs of the Watermelon Lime.

This is my first time trying a recovery drink other than protein powder. It works wonders. I cannot take a full scoop, too much recovery (gives me energy to stay up too late)!! I went for a 40min run up a steep mountain trail, I drank it right after and almost had no muscle soreness on my legs the day after. I take about half scoop and it’s plenty. You do need to use lots of water or the pepper will feel spicy. Better with ice. I find it easier to drink if mixed with a little orange juice even though it becomes extremely sugary, but the taste is difficult to swallow otherwise for me.

It is the first time I try any BCAA supplement or any supplement at all. I like the taste because it’s not too strong or sweet, in my opinion; and the Watermelon Lime is a very agreeable flavor, though, sometimes I can feel a little of the pepper taste in the back of my pallet. As of the results, I still believe it’s too early for me to tell, but so far I believe it’s helped me recover better from my Crossfit wods and it does make me feel hydrated. I started drinking it before and during my trainings, but quickly I changed to after trainings because it made me feel full and not very comfortable from the stomach (there is nothing wrong with the product; it’s just me). Overall, I am satisfied. I will continue to try it and see what happen in a few months.

Works incredibly for muscle recovery. Has a decent taste, reminds me of a starburst or jolly rancher. Tastes sweet but only 15 cals/1g carbs per serving. This is my new go to!Bought Strawberry Kiwi as my next flavor. I’d choose another, Strawberry Kiwi is gross... Still gets the job done though!

Out of all of the other BCAAs that I have tried so far, this seems to work the best. Rarely do I have super sore days after lifting and I believe that this product helps with that. I mix this with another pre-workout supplement and it does the job for me perfectly. Highly recommend!

I really want to contact the company because they need to big label on this product that it contains milk. I am highly allergic and no where in the description on the pictures on Amazon l, does it say that there is MILK in this product. I only found it after I was sick and wondering why did I look at the back in big letters it contains :MILK. I am so bummed because I really like this product but due to the milk was making me sick. So I am only giving it three stars because lack of information until you actually buy it.

I drink everyday, even on days I don't workout. The flavor is my favorite and even got my trainer to switch! It really hydrates and gets me through a tough workout.

I have tried blueberry lemon and watermelon lime. They both are good, but watermelon lime tastes like a starburst! I'll stick with that flavor from now on. When I mix this into a metal sports bottle I feel like it gives the drink a slight metallic taste, but I don't get that when I use a glass container. This happens with both flavors. But great product overall!
