Great for insulating cold floors and walls, very easy to fit together.

Excellent product. I have used these to insulate a cold floor. I made a platform from them to put under a bed. as a result the bed doesn't get so cold. Its has stopped drafts coming up through floor boards. Would also be a great solution for making a room sound proof as the insulating propeties are very good and it's so easy to fit them together.
