I been buying this green tea by this brand for almost 5 years. No other brand compares! I tried them all on Amazon and I always wish I just stuck to pure chimp as it’s the best. It comes in a lovely glass jar which I reuse and it just tastes so fresh and pure. Goes well cold or hot, with and without milk and sprinkled in smoothies/yoghurt and in baked goods. I just wish I could buy a jumbo jar as I go though it so quickly

I love this matcha. I've bought it previously. It comes nicely packaged and sealed. It has a great matcha flavour and the smell is nice and strong. I love making myself a matcha tea nearly everyday it is just delicious. It mixes well so long you follow the instructions. It makes a nice vibrant green matcha.Definitely recommend this brand.

This matcha taste really nice.I made mine with a little hot water, sugar free caramel syrup, coconut, and almond milk with a little ice.....perfect! 🍵 I will be purchasing again. Thank you!

I am very sensitive to caffeine as it makes me jittery, anxious and gives me heart palpitations. Although I find it hard to gain the necessary energy that I require for 12 hour shifts, which lead me to matcha and I decided to try it.This matcha not only tastes great, but its effects had me in a state of calm alertness for hours, l love it. While I say it tastes great, it also did not taste as vegetal as it was meant to be, but I like that nonetheless.The EGCG in matcha, which is a powerful antioxidant, is superior to that of normal green tea due to the pulverisation and harvesting process of the leaf, which gives it over 137 times more anti oxidants than lower grade green tea which is good for the immune system, clearing the body of free radicals, preventing oxidative stress and also aiding in weight loss.Matcha is also full of L-theanine, which is an amino acid which is able to cross the blood brain barrier. It activates “alpha waves”, in the brain which activates a state of calmness without drowsiness. This makes it great for remaining focused in stressful situations as well as getting a good night sleep.Not only that, I can feel the water weight pour off me while I don’t get that ‘dehydrated’ feeling that I get from coffee and tea. It feels wonderful and I recommend it to anybody if they would like to remain focused, relaxed or want to aid in better sleep.Be aware, I was confused by the picture of this product and thought that the Matcha came with the utensils such as the bamboo whisk and measuring spoon, but it does not.The tub is made of glass and is 50grams. Originally I read the instructions wrong and was having 1/2 tablespoon of matcha instead of 1/2 teaspoon! Although despite the large volume I never got anxious or jittery like I do with coffee which is amazing.The only downside I can say for this tea is that it came packaged rather messy with the powder outside and around the lid and beneath the tub.Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Taste great but I don’t feel any caffeine hit, almost like it’s decaffeinated. Doesn’t keep me alert and I don’t get any happy boost from L-theanine . This makes me think that it’s not ceremonial grade. I’ve tried twinnings matcha powder and instantly felt a boost. Bought this one because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for

I just started getting into making my own match drinks. This matcha has a vibrant green color. And I was reading the more vibrant it is, the better quality! After purchasing this I quickly ran out haha and I got the value size from Costco and I have to say I could IMMEDIATELY tell the difference and how poor quality the Costco matcha was compared to this brand. The matcha from pure chimp taste great and you can definitely tell it’s a higher grade quality than if you were to buy some in a regular grocery store. Will buy again!

I've put tried 3 different brands. This has been the best. I drink it in the traditional form - matcha tea. frothy. nothing added except hot water. Lovely flavor and excellent consistency.

I've been hooked on the lemongrass version and when I had an opportunity to try cinnamon, I jumped on it. The Pure Chimp brand is the best and I have a 'bowl' of it every morning. I switch back and forth between the two flavors now- a perfect way to start my day with a boost!
