According to my Wife the product is wonderful. Extremely powerful and versatile. Solves the problem of having multiple devices for her hair. She now only needs one to get her hair all fixed up. The attachments swap very easy and fast. She was even happy with the color of it because it has Bling on it. Lol.I will be looking forward to getting more products from UKLISS!!!

What a piece of crap this turned out to be! Don't waste your money! I am writing this review after owning it product for one year. The nozzle is too small. The airstream is super weak. Half the attachments don't work. The head gets extremely hot then falls off, because the tightening is loose and stripped and does not connect properly, and because it is screaming hot you cannot reassemble without the glove. The buttons are on the wand directly where your thumb goes and the switches constantly change settings unnecessarily. I freaking HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE this item and I am COMPLETELY miserable because I spent $200 on a pile of CRAP that now I have to replace because after normal use it is so broken and stripped and wasted, I have finally gotten fed up once and for all of this stupid, ill-designed product that falls completely apart during use! I hope I got my point across that this product is not worth the money and I wish I had purchased something, ANYTHING else. This is going directly into the trash.

I sorry but I buy a lot of things from Amazon . I feel this was made cheap and not easy to use. I was so excited to get it then I was disappointed . I give it to my daughter which she didn’t like it either. So give it to my 11 year old granddaughter to play with. So I went Utlra and bought and new one.

I do like this system because it gets rid of so many appliances under my sink. The cons are this: if you have long hair, you have to be very careful because it will eat your hair from the bottom of the appliance so keep your long hair out of the way. The other thing is that there is a bit of a learning curve to curl your hair, but what I discovered was, I should’ve started with my dominant hand first. I’m right handed so once I switch to the right side, it went by so much more easily for me so I paid attention to what I was doing on that side so I could replicate it on the other side and it basically has to do with which hand you’re holding the appliance with and your hair with. So I recommend starting with the dominant side and pay attention to how you’re doing it before you try the other side and make your hair into sections and get your long hair out of the way. But it really came out quite lovely I thought.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She originally wanted a Shark brand but found this brand and it has more features and was $100 less than Shark. I was nervous that she wouldn’t like this one but boy I was wrong! She LOVES it. It EXCEEDS her expectations and I think it’s better than the shark one! It has more attachments than the Shark. She can blow dry several different ways and curl her hair. This is a MUST buy! Thank you

Let's start with it dried my hair. That's the positive. I'm a professional hairstylist and ALWAYS looking for something good, great. This was ok!! The buttons are in the wrong spot. I was always turning it off. It got HOT, u do get a glove for it. But I didn't want to use it as I diffused my hair. Then the diffuser twists on. That thing always fell off and bounce on the floor. It was pretty annoying when it did it a few times. Then the head popped off and it now won't stay on. This wasn't a cheap dryer so I'm not happy. I Barely had it a year. So buyer beware!

I wanted to love this dryer. However, in time (a very short time... less than 60 days...), the attachments became looser and looser, causing the dryer head to fly across the room with the slightest of wobbles while in use. This is not limited to one attachment; no, ALL of the attachments. My husband is a mechanical engineer, and he took one look at the dryer (after picking up the drying head from the bathroom floor while I was trying to use it) and scoffed at the poor quality and terrible design.I purchased it on March 26th; by May 21st, it was useless. When I first called Amazon, it was outside of its return window. I was guided through messaging the seller, told that the seller would reply within 24-48 hours, and told by the representative that he would be following up with a call to make sure the seller had indeed reached out. None of these happened, and I was emailed a response from the Amazon associate that was falsified entirely (i.e., that he had called me and that the seller had messaged me). To return it, I have to pay the 20% restocking fee... on a crap-tastic dryer that is useful to none.Seriously, don't buy this. Crappy design, terrible service, and even Amazon won't stand behind it.Lame.Edited with update:Ukliss contacted me and sent me a new dryer. This would have been awesome, except the second one won’t even turn on.So? Now, I have Two dead dryers that Amazon won’t give me alllll of my money back on.Double lame.

I bought this after I was gifted a different version but it failed.Did not want to spend as much as Dyson and this brand has proven to be reliable and seems very sturdy.I would purchase this again.Receive compliments on the fullness of my hair.
