The package arrived in excellent condition and all items were accounted for. The directions came with list of materials, large pictures and precise directions. I am a 75 year old female and I had no trouble assembling, sliding the support under my queen size adjustable mattress, and threading the attached belt under the queen size mattress and attaching it to the other side of the bed frame. There was plenty of length on the belt with a large amount left over so I am sure it would have also been long enough for a king size mattress. The belt grip was easily tightened and all has held steady w/o slippage for the weeks it has been attached. I also purchased the led light w/bag. It is set to automatic and faces toward the outer side of the bed. It lights up when my husband gets into bed and turns off in 60 seconds. He is glad to have it to light his getting into bed. There was a one year warranty that I emailed to the company. Sara Lindergh the owner of the company has reached out twice by email to kindly check on the purchase. I and my husband are very pleased with the product, the assembling, and the quality/endurance of the railing. This arrived quickly and contained very detailed instructions.The rail assembled in only minutes and the anchoring strap gives a great deal of stability to the bar. This works great for someone who has difficulty getting in and out of bed.It appears well made and I consider it a great value for the support it provides.

My mother-in-law loves her’s . We bought one for her when she fell down her flight of stairs and fractured six ribs. Was unable to sleep in a bed for several weeks. She could get into bed, but couldn’t get back up without pain. So that’s when we ordered this bed cane to help her.. She really likes the motion censored light which only needs to be charged about once a month, I would definitely recommend this product.

I got this for my mom to assist her in getting in and out of bed. It works just like I was hoping; she is able to get herself in and out of bed more easily and feels safer doing so. We have the light set to detect motion and it’s bright enough that she can navigate the room, but not so bright that it disturbs my dad. Assembly was easy and the only complaint I have is that the glow in the dark rubber band that goes on the handle doesn’t glow, even when I put it in the sun all day. I was worried that she might miss the handle without it, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue. Would highly recommend.Update (October 2023): we found after a few months that we were having to charge the motion sensor light every second or third day. The company sent out a replacement one and we’ve had no problems. They also sent out another glow in the dark band and, as I had mentioned we are considering buying a second one, also gave me a discount code. I have been so happy with this product and their customer service :-)

This is a great product to help my husband get into and out of bed as well it will stop him from falling out of bed. Really strong and I really like that it has secure strapping which goes right across the bed and locks into place which keep the unit really secure
