Exelente
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review This wristwatch is stylish, comfortable, and keeps perfect time. The design looks elegant enough for both casual and formal occasions, and the build quality feels excellent. The strap is comfortable to wear all day, and the watch is easy to read at a glance. It looks much more expensive than it actually is. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Rugged, simple, and reliable — everything I want in a watch
The luminous hands are genuinely useful, not just a marketing bullet point — I’ve checked the time in a dark tent and had no trouble reading it. The 24-hour time marker on the dial is a nice touch for anyone who likes military time or just wants an extra reference point at a glance. 50M water resistance has held up fine through rain, hand washing, and the occasional light splash — I wouldn’t take it swimming, but for everyday durability it’s more than enough. The overall build feels sturdy, like it can handle a few knocks and drops without complaint, which is exactly what I want from an “expedition” watch. Battery life has been solid so far, and the analog face is easy to read at a glance without being cluttered. A few things to note: • Not a dive watch — fine for rain/washing hands, not for swimming or diving • No smart features, which is either a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for • The dial has a slightly busy look with all the markers, though I’ve gotten used to it Bottom line: A great, no-nonsense outdoor watch that looks the part and performs reliably without costing a fortune. Perfect for hiking, camping, or just daily wear if you want something rugged and simple.

Reliable watch for the money.
The watch itself is fine. This is my second order. The original watch was also good looking and reliable. The strap on the first watch deteriorated over the course of a year or so and the 'keeper' fell apart. We'll see how this new strap performs over the coming months. It seems to be made of a different leather.

Terrible !
Put this watch one time before realizing that the crystal is all scratched on the under side. , it lost an hrs. In one day and the underside of the strap is falling apart after one wearing. It is so difficult trying to return it, that I am amazed and astounded. Never again !!!! Update. So sorry. Picked up almost identical old watch by mistake and mistook it for the new one. Ignore my comments. Watch seems to be OK. Still hard to return things through amazon, if you do not have a printer and live hours from ups .

Unbelievable watch. You won't be disappointed!
Overall, for the $45 I spent on this watch, I feel like I won the watch lottery. It looks equally amazing in jeans and t-shirt as it does in my suit and tie when I go to work. It has an understated coolness/elegance to it. I definitely recommend this quality, reliable, beautiful Timex Expedition Scout 43mm as a daily wear watch or as an occasional wear in your collection rotation! I have an extensive watch collection (regular person watches, nothing "luxury" ... that's a laughable term for a watch, IMO). I have all categories of quartz watches; dive, pro dive, dress, casual, vintage/retro, knock-about, etc., with all bracelet/strap types and I was surprised that this watch has emerged as my absolute favorite of all of them. I think it is the perfect size (43mm wide and 11mm thick case) and the black coated brass case is gorgeous, lightweight, and durable. The main numbers and indices are large and very readable at a glance. Readability is further helped by the contrast between the black dial and the white number and indices. The dial includes an inner circle of smaller numbers that show military time, which is useful. The seconds hand has an orange tip, making it very easy to see against the background. The medium brown leather strap has beautiful contrast stitching and a case-matching black buckle, which I thick looks amazing. The leather seems to be good quality and I think it will look even better as it ages and becomes softer and wrinkled. There is no lume on the watch but it comes with Timex's excellent Indiglo lighting, which works just fine in the dark. The date window kind of blends in with all the numbers and indices but once you get used to where it sits on the dial, it's no problem to see. This watch looks SO MUCH BETTER in real life than in these photos. In fact, the case almost looks gray in the photos, but it's a very nice dark black color in real life. It has a mineral glass crystal, which is fine and expected for the price, but you could easily replace that with sapphire if you ever wanted to. The movement is a reliable Myota quartz movement.

Satisfied
I'm tough on watches, not sure why, but a watch only seems to last for 2, maybe 3 years on my wrist. I don't have a high intensity, physically demanding, kind of job. I'm pretty sedentary. For several years I've been buying a well known brand of watch, paying in excess of 200 bucks for a digital watch with an assortment of functions; barometric altimeter, thermometer, chronometer, day and year, solar power, etc. And with the exception of the solar power, those high cost functions were not used, and on the rare occasion that they were used, they were found to be unreliable and inaccurate. A few months ago my watch started exhibiting signs of failing so I decided to go back to the basics and ordered this analog Timex. For now I'm not happy but I am satisfied. It keeps good time and it's smaller and less obtrusive than the large size digital predecessor. It does NOT have luminous hands or luminous hour tic marks. That's a minus when I wake up in the middle of the night and want to know the time. My previous watch had a small button that, when pressed in the dark, would activate an internal light and allow me to see the digital time. I miss that feature.

Surprisingly Good
I'll admit I'm a watch fanatic and have WAY more watches than I should. I'm very protective of most of them, but my collection includes a couple of "beaters" - watches that I don't mind putting in harm's way out in the yard or in the garage. That category already had a 40mm version of the Timex Expedition quartz, which filled the bill nicely, but the deal on this newer model was such that I couldn't pass it up. And, as the title suggests, it's actually quite good. At 43mm it's a little larger than I prefer on my 7.5" wrist, but again it's a beater not a fashion statement. It wears comfortably, comes with a decent leather strap, and has excellent legibility. Although comfortable, I don't expect the strap to stand up to much abuse. But, with 20mm lugs, it won't be hard to replace. The case has good heft to it and is finished in a flat black. It has a very "ruggedly casual" vibe to it. The caseback is the press-on type. Water resistance is claimed at 50m, which means you'll probably be okay walking in the rain or washing your hands while wearing it, but that's about it. If you change your own batteries it will take a CR2016 when the time comes. Accuracy is very good, but no points for that as it's to be expected with a quartz. I was pleased to see the sweep of the second hand matches up with the indices (most of the time), a small thing which can be problematic with some cheaper watches. The red tip on the second hand is a nice touch. Although it looks like there is lume that has aged to a nice patina, there actually isn't any lume on the hands or dial. That's okay, this is an Indiglo so a push of the crown lights up the backlighting. It does require pushing the crown with your free hand, and the light only stays on as long as the crown is depressed. It would have been a nice feature if the light stayed on for a few seconds after actuation, though. All in all, I'm impressed with this watch. So much so that I'm pretty sure I'll feel badly the first time I bang the heck out of it in the garage. Somehow I don't think the watch will care.

3B Bueno, Bonito y Barato
