I bought this as part of my exercise recovery from a broken wrist. I like the set, it's good quality and works well.Only 4 stars as the silicone ring is quite big for me to hold comfortably and is far too firm. It's very hard for me to squeeze and it feels like I'd overdo it if I tried to use it. Even my 31-year old (strong) son thought it was too big and hard to be much use.

This is a great set of hand/grip exercisers for the price. They may not be perfect if you are looking to improve grip for rock climbing, but for general strength in the hand and wrist you get a lot for the money - two finger stretchers, a squeeze ring, a hand grippers and a finger exerciser. I’m enjoying using all the elements whilst watching TV and hopefully, it will improve my grip strength for the gym.

The instructions are in too minute a font--evev with use of a magnifying glass. Unable to interpret these thus I am not benifitting fully from my purchase.Can you help?

I enjoyed this product at first but as I've began using it more often I've seen that even the highest level of resistance was not for me, in other words the hand grip was abit weak or incapable to carry out it's neccesary function.I enjoyed playing with the finger strengthers as i think they really do make your fingers to hard work, so it is really good to use!You also have a bag to keep your kit altogether without having a chance of losing them.The manual was not essential for me as i knew what i was doing but it dies have useful information on each gear when using and how to use.I hope my review was helpful!

The colour is nice and quality is good. You get different parts of fingers and hand excercised with different fitness levels. It relaxed my hands quite a bit after a long time using the mouse. A nice tool for any office workers.

The thing that sets this set apart compared to other similar strengtheners, is the ability to vary the resistance of the hand grip. The knob that you turn to vary the resistance is not very sensitive, and so you need to turn it a lot to change the severity. This is a good thing as it means you can control the levels nicely.It is very comfortable to use and its effective.The other devices that came with it are not useful, but this doesnt detract from the main purpose of getting this.
