This was purchased by my parents as a birthday present for me, the instructions for assembling the base isn't very clear but it is easy to figure out if you use a bit of common sense, my only real niggle is that the velcro fastening isn't long enough to strap the front wheel of my mtb to the frame of my bike but that is more because of how chunky my bike is and the straps are long enough for my mum's hybrid
