Great standy/backup/travel charger at a reasonable price. Works perfect, perfect fit of the (ridiculous) charging port (why not USB, Microsoft? Buncha pirates!) charges quick.

This was purchased as a backup travel charger. Its slim profile and longer than the standard charger’s cable length at a good price point made it an ideal choice. The only issue is I have had this for just over two months and used it perhaps on five occasions and it no longer works. I’ve tried every outlet and the power indicator won’t come on not will it charge my laptop. I’m unsure if I got a lemon or if it’s a crappy build quality. I’m hoping to get a replacement and if so I hope I can give that one a more positive review. Update: I was sent a replacement at no cost to me and the new unit consistently functions! I use it more often than originally intended and it has held up. Great service and communication from seller with a rapid solution for my initial complaint.

I love it, I really like the slimness of it. I purchased it to use without having to transfer my charger cord when I brought my laptop from upstairs to downstairs. Works perfectly

I have gone through four or five different power adaptors in the four years that I have owned a Surface. This is likely my own fault, as I use my Surface with a Brydge Keyboard attachment so that it functions like a traditional laptop, and I tend to plug the power connector into the device in such a way that the cord bends at a hard angle. Inevitably, after enough bends, the cord begins to break at the point where it enters the mag-safe connector. As with every other power charger I've owned, the cord eventually began to break on this one. However, I found that it outlasted every other third-party charger I have bought and may even be more durable than the Microsoft charger itself. Plus, the sleek design of the charger is aesthetically pleasing, and the blue power light is useful for spotting the cord in the dark to avoid tripping over it. All in all, this is a worthwhile purchase!

The build quality of this products is very high quality, it works like a dream compared to my now partly broken original charger. The charge is fast and consistent and it doesn't over heat too much. The cord isnt too too long but I do believe its 6 feet long. It connects to my surface pro 6 like the original. Highly recommend

I've been using it for a while. It's very reliable. The laptop works perfectly with it. It looks great and is good quality. It's very lightweight.

***Edit*** SOURNOVA quickly reached out to me after my review and apologized and offered an immediate replacement despite out of the return window. I appreciated it, but declined because I was worried that the same thing may happen again. I wasn't expecting a refund, but SOURNOVA offered to refund my purchase - I accepted. I didn't change my rating on the charger/product, but I would like to point out that SOURNOVA's customer service is top notch!!! It worked well for a few months. I liked it because it is slimmer than the other chargers and great for the price and for traveling. However, it died after about 5 months of use and I am out of the return window. To be specific, it fried the connections to the Surface - the plastic around the metal connectors melted. Because of that, it would overheat my Surface and created all kinds of problems. I immediately stopped using it and luckily had a backup charger of another brand that worked flawless. Not sure what this charger was doing to my device - maybe overcharging? I examined the magnetic charger and it was fried and burnt looking. I inspected my port on the Surface and it was fine (luckily) but not sure what it may have done to my device or battery. Save your money and look for a different product. Additionally, there are now chargers with USBC (instead of A) so you can charge other newer devices with your Surface at the same time.

Got this for my Surface Pro 9. It works very well and it's much lighter and smaller than the stock charger. My Surface is a joy to carry around with this new lighter power supply.
