Can it be used on composite decking?

Yes it can, it can be used on almost all outdoor surfaces.

Any idea if this product will move yellow and black lichen from my concrete roof tiles. Will it take the grey colour from the tiles?

we used it on slabs which are grey and it didn't take any colour from them but I cant say about lichen on ur roof why not try a patch and u will see if it does anything but in all truthfulness I cant say as ours was a backcourt not a roof and it removed green mould on the slabs I hope this helps u

Does it damage plants and artificial grass

I believe it does kill living grass. Have no idea about artificial grass. I have only used on concrete where it is extremely slow to act, be prepared to wait months!

Can use on slate roof

I would say you can. I have used it on Solar Panels, tiled roof, driveways and garden furniture etc.
