Combat Creatures Attacknid Doom Razor

JUNK DON'T BUY!!! Was SUPER excited to get these for my boys. Packaging impressive, online videos impressive, and the product "looks" well made, but actual performance sucks. I'm pretty sure that's why you can't find these things in brick and mortar stores -- too many complaints. For the record I ordered three units plus purchased a ton of accessories (extra cannons, extra projectiles, extra armor, etc). All robots behaved same way. Gun attachments keep falling off. Guns always jam. Once in a while you can get them to function for a minute or two and they are fun, but then something goes wrong. Talk your kids out of r/c robots.

I won Christmas! As in, the gift I gave my nephew was the coolest gift he received (his words, not mine). I actually set up and gift wrapped two of these, turned on the power, and put them under the Christmas tree. Then I wrapped the controllers and gave them each to my nephews who, at first, were confused and slightly disappointed... that is until they pushed a button and the bots came to life under the tree and 'walked' out of their wrapping paper and into the Christmas history books! The kids went absolutely nuts! And, I won christmas :)

I bought the Combat Creatures Attacknid basically to have it battle with a bunch of army men that I have been setting up in the basement.For this, the toy is simply amazing. It controls well, looks VERY cool when it walks, and is just a very neat toy all around.I found the fit and finish on the overall toy to be very good. It's put together well, looks nice, and comes with a lot of stickers for you to place on it to make it look however you want it to look. I also found that the pieces that "break off" when it gets shot do a good job of coming off only when they should.A couple of points of contention. The discs don't shoot as far as the advertised 35 feet. At least, mine don't. That's not a big deal, though, because I'm just using it inside. The other thing that was a bit disappointing was the packaging. It's been mentioned in other reviews, and mine was the same...the one that comes from Amazon is just packaged in a boring white box...not the nice looking box I've seen in a few stores.These couple of things don't detract from the overall fun and solid build of this toy, though, so I'm rating it five stars.Recommended!!

The attacknid is really neat and it moved as advertised; however, the robot we received was defective in that the disk shooter did not work. we have returned it and are awaiting a replacement, which will hopefully work properly. Also, you need to have a friend or two since they are really designed to be used against another robot. pretty cool idea, though, and if the new one works, I would give it 5 stars for my 10 year old son.

I love this toy. It's really easy to use and love the way it moves! Loads of gameplay and where the kids get bored with other toys they still love playing with this. I have both Doom Razor and Stryder. I like the darts best but the discs are easier to use. Overall 5/5!

This is the coolest remote control arachnid around, the only problem is my son and daughter lost interest the same day they got them!! they are very slow and stomps really hard every step it makes. Major bummer!! The armor doesn't stay on very well when not hit and hard to get back on, go figure. I gave it a 3 because it's very well made and sturdy.

These are great looking robotic toys, but honestly they are very hard to play with. They work most of the time without any major issues. Sometimes the command has to be repeated. There's not enough darts in there to keep shooting for even 30 seconds! If I have to keep refilling the robot with darts every minute, then it's usefulness as a robotic toy is completely lost. We returned them both.

Santa brought these(well one of these and one blue Stryder) for my son and myself and although we don't have a ton of time using them yet, what little we used them we've enjoyed. Everything seems to be working as intended and they do seem pretty solidity built. If I had one gripe, I guess it would be that the stickers weren't already put on and there's a ton. :)

Ordered 2 of these for my kids. 1 didn't work - didn't find out till Christmas morning which wasn't the best experience. However, emailed Amazon on Christmas Day, got a response within 30 minutes to say another would be sent out ASAP. Got it a couple of days later so now both boys happy.

We made our youngest grandson VERY happy!

First doom razor would not walk, second doom razor lights on the head stopped then sound on first day.Build quality poor Hope your doom razor lasts more that a few days.
