The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't stick to ANY surface - smooth, shiney, wet, dry, polished...When you activate the "suction cup" by pulling the lever, it's supposed to suction to the tile. It doesn't.The little wheels that supposedly spin to guide the drill head - they fall off constantly.The actual drill bits and core drill are not too bad actually. They aren't great, but they aren't bad considering you get a whole set from something like 5mm up to 50mm (or whatever, I couldn't be bothered to check).If you're trying to cut holes, just practice and watch a few YouTube videos. It's easier and you get better results.This thing is a nice idea, but it doesn't work. See the hole I cut in the white tile? That's a soft tile, very easy to cut: you can see the bounce and skid marks all over.Conclusion: don't bother. It's a toy and it doesn't work.

Hole saws work perfect but went to use one of the drill and it broke so drill are not good.

Both drill bits and hole cutters are awful. The clamping system fell to bits after seconds of use. Do not waste your money on these cheap items.

The guide is a good idea but holding screws loosen because they are assembled incorrectly.In order to use it , you must reassemble the nuts / bolts.50mm & 30mm hole saw bits using water as lubricant / cooler , they are both ineffective and have taken over 10 minutes to cut 9mm porcelain.Will be returning

The drill bits are rubbish, they burn out after 4 to 5 holes on 8mm tile.
