Bought this kit for my college student to keep in her dorm. It is well stocked with the basic first aid items. She has used it numerous times. Products included are good quality.

The kit is packed with all kinds of goodies that you might need if someone gets injured. It's small and I put one in my car and my wife's car. My only real issue is repacking the kit after use. Once you pull everything out to get that bandage, you have to somehow stuff it all back in there again, which might be difficult to do. If you want to add personal items to the kit, like extra Tylenol or a tourniquet, you'll likely need to remove some other vital items. This is the tradeoff of having such a small kit. Not a deal breaker, by any means.

Quite a comprehensive kit for people just getting started or restarting in their lives in a new place. It's one of the last things the person may think about but will need.

I got this for my vehicle because i have a toddler. Small enough to keep anywhere but has enough stuff for toddler injuries!! Sometimes bandaids in a purse just isnt enough. Can take out and/or add whatever would suit your needs better.
