Didn’t live up to expectations

Really want to like this. The concept is great. In reality, it did not live up to expectations. My Wi-Fi speeds at my home actually decreased with this. I have a 2,000 square-foot home I was puzzled to see that Wi-Fi speed decreased when I upgraded to the ground. I return this item and purchased a Google Wi-Fi three unit system for the home and am so impressed.
