I purchased the R-TV Box S10 to replace an older Android TV box that only had 1 GB of RAM and crashed reasonably frequently. After running the R-TV Box 10 for the last number of days, I can report that the performance of this item is both stable and impressive. This item worked immediately 'out of the box' and installing my favourite applications through Google play was straight forward. However, I did find that Netflix was not available for this version but I resolved this issue through downloading and installing this application manually. In addition, I also connected a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse, which the system recognised immediately.Overall, a brilliant piece of equipment!

This product seemed to tick all of the boxes, I could install all of my streaming services (Disney+, Amazon & Netflix) and it had an Ethernet connection. The Ethernet port was the thing that swung it for me as my WiFi at home is not great. This box was easy enough to set up if you are familiar with the Android App store.The problems began once I started to use it. The box kept crashing. It would be fine with a great picture, then it would lose the internet connection and start to buffer. It never finished buffering and would just throw you out to the main menu. Then in order to get the thing working again I had to shut it down do a full re-boot and clean the cache. Absolutely terrible. I don't usually write reviews, but this is the first thing that I have had that is so bad that I simply returned it.Maybe if your internet is very fast and stable it might be a different story, but it just didn't work for me.

I received the package on Saturday, and everything was fine when I opened it.I happily connected to my TV. Wow! The friendly navigation takes me into the system. But when connecting to WiFi, I encountered difficulties and don't know how to enter the password.A friend helped me and got a solution under his guidance. No matter what, Amazon shopping is trustworthy and there is no problem with quality.

Do not update SuperUser, it will stuck on boot.

Bought this to install Linux and run a server on it. I did try the Android system after unpacking and it felt less reactive than my older box (S912 CPU & 2GB Ram) even though I haven't install any apps.It does the job, so no complains here.

Absolutely the worst android box I have ever bought, the remote control doesn't work, when I emailed the supplier about the problem they told me I was using it wrong, it's a remote control 😡😡😡

It really is a great little unit, I'm using it purely for IPTV and it's faultless. I have replaced the remote with an air mouse which makes selection of programmes much easier.
