I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of this pot. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was a used item. When I first tried to clean it, the surface was greasy and dirty, which was already a red flag. I initially thought I could overlook it, but upon closer inspection, I noticed significant issues: the paint was peeling, there were visible scratches, and the paint residue was impossible to clean off completely.What’s worse, the pot has uneven surfaces with abnormal bumps, and these areas continue to shed paint flakes. I am genuinely concerned about using this pot to cook anything, as the peeling paint and powder residue pose a serious health risk. I cannot trust that this product is safe for food preparation.I attempted to resolve the issue by requesting a replacement. I first contacted Amazon, then reached out to the official website, and even emailed their support team. After an entire week of waiting, the only response I received was a request to send pictures. Since then, there has been complete silence. The lack of follow-up and care from the seller is unacceptable.This is not just about a defective product; it’s about the seller’s blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and health. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. If you value your health and well-being, please avoid this brand and their substandard products. This is my first time leaving a negative review on Amazon, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others about this terrible experience.

Lovley to look at and to use, however I bought these to use in my new induction hob. All the pots and frying pans work perfectly the smallest pan however does not work, the induction hob does not pick it up and therefore the pan is unusable, this is extremely disappointing as I am left one pan short of a set.

Very nice, non stick and they last.
