Ring
I thought that if I'd invested in the Kinetic trainer I might as well get the dedicated ring. I can't compare it to other rings but I can report that with the Kinetic trainer and ring the ride is as solid as a rock, even when pedalling for my life. Mount/dismount the bike with confidence too. Great

Does the job but lowest setting is too high by 2 cms. Hey, I'm a perfectionist!

Kinetic riser ring
The slots for your front tyre to fit into are a bit random to be honest so i cant see the point of buying this one when a generic one less than half the price would do the same job im not knocking the riser itself but over priced from the point of view it dont feel tailored for the kinetic road machine or you could always use a phone book to raise your front wheel.

Dose the job but would have preferred it when you didn't need to adjust the two contact points of the tyres to an even level i.e. not to far forward or back when it come to placing pressure down on them which can make you feel off balance when riding off the seat.

Front wheel riser
Bought the riser to enable me to either keep both wheels at the same height or to lift the front wheel further to emulate climbing. Works really well and although it's not cheap it does provide a range of heights and helps keep the bike very stable and helps provide a more life like turbo experience
