Lovely board, only down side is not enough letters, you can buy additional letters at extra cost which I will have to do.

Don't Buy This. Awful condition :(
So disappointed with this product. I was very excited to receive this item as it was for my daughters birthday. When the package arrived the box was torn open, and polystyrene was falling out of the box. When I opened the box and removed the letterboard from the packaging a couple of the letters fell out (good thing they didn't get lost from the hole in the box!!), and I noticed that the polystyrene at the bottom of the box was broken up.I later removed the letterboard and the top of the letter board FELL OFF. I was so annoyed. It doesn't look like the glue holding it together is very strong at all. Following the inspection, I also found a DENT on the one side, and on the other side, the wood was completely SPLIT. It's safe to say I am very disappointed. Also, the quality isn't very good. It is literally just a thin piece of felt stapled onto a piece of wood. I will be returning this item, and I expect a full refund.
