Q: Can you use this in the sun or is it afalse tanning lotion

It is a sun lotion but has no protection is does give you a lovely tan we use it after the first few days of being protected we highly recommend it 10 out of 10

Q: Can you use this cream over regular suntan lotions?

I think so, but you can also buy a low spf version (I think they have 4,6,8,15). It's a light yellow colour. When I used it in Greece after a few days, I had a beautiful gold tan (not orangy like usual). Hope that helps!

Yes, the cream itself is yellow in appearance - it smells quite nice - and works! But please sunbathe responsibly lol :)
