For months now, I’ve been sitting on a wooden kitchen chair to do my charting. It hasn’t been bad except for two days when I woke up and had sciatic pain. Ouchie!!!I searched office chairs for something that fits me, the home space I use, and my budget. Another Ouchie!!! I settled on this chair pad set not just because of the great price but because it allows me to use it on any chair even in my car. I LOVE IT! The base cushion is a little larger than my kitchen chair seat but it still works. It feels great. The lumbar support is more helpful than I’d anticipated. I like it! (Ordered a stool on wheels to complete this set. Then it’s on to an improvised standing desk with mat to offer additional ergonomic options to my work day.) Thank you, Amazon!

I was desperate to find something to alleviate my sacral pain and stiffness caused by driving in rush-hour traffic, or on bumpy streets. I broke my sacrum 10 months ago, and although it is 85% healed and I am mobile, (thankfully at 71yo!!), when I drive for 20 min, or get stuck in heavy traffic for an hour or more in the big city, I am so stiff and sore all the way up my spine, that once home, I just flop into bed for 2 hours!! It's horrible. I was using a memory foam chair seat cushion but it didn't do much or help my back, which also got jarred when I fell flaming the arthritis. So I ordered this back and seat cushion set, and WOW!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I ordered this particular set for 3 reasons. 1) The price was one of the lowest and it came with both the back and seat cushion. 2) the seat cushion wasn't as thick as most of the others which is much better for a smaller-framed person or lady at 120lbs. I think this one is 3 inches high. A heavier person might do better with a thicker 5 inch memory foam. For me, I'm not heavy enough to squish it down; I would sit too high in my car. And 3) It had a lot of great customer reviews! Plus, the C-shape makes a difference in my opinion. It really really helped me yesterday, being stuck in heavy traffic for over an hour. I have a little difficulty getting into my SUV because of the height, now with the cushion, but the comfort is worth it. I also REALLY appreciate the supportive curve assistance of the back cushion, which really prevented so much back spinal tension by the time I got home. My only minimal suggestion would be for the back cushion to be a little less thick...again, for a smaller lighter individual, they don't squish the memory foam much, so although it feels great, it prevents my shoulders and head from reaching the car seat since I'm not strong enough to squish it back. That is a bit annoying, but it is more comfortable than nothing that's for sure. The curve design really helps!! Don't spend $70 or more for the higher priced ones. This is the only one you need for back and sacral issues. However, if you are a heavy-set individual, you may want to look for a very thick larger cushion. Otherwise, Functionality is perfect!

This cushions are so nice and well made that I just ordered a second set to bring to my office. I higly recomend them, the back cushion is easy to strap. The elastic bands on the back make the back stay put, I only wish the seat had a strap too but it works fine without it. I'm just a wiggly worm so I move a lot but I make it work.

The chair is nice and soft as it was advertised. It supports my back great. I will give it a try when I go to my church on Saturday.

Helped with pain, I did like they the buckles and wherent too cheap looking. It is the right balance of firm and soft for a career construction worker,but it’s too thick to use in a car/truck, like literally it’s just too damn thick to be climbing ontop of, I heard another reviewer say it was, but I didn’t listen, now I still need a truck cushion

There are so much options out there and it’s hard for me decide but I’m so glad I chose this back and seat cushion. It helps prevent soreness and decrease discomfort while sitting on the computer for hours. I cross my legs and move around often and the seat cushion stays put. Sometimes the back cushion lowers after awhile but it’s easy to adjust with the stretchable double straps. It doesn’t bother me. I don’t have a fancy office ergonomic chair…just an old, regular one and it hurt so bad. This was a way to save money while maintaining my comfort. This has a good amount of cushion so you may need to adjust the height of your chair. It looks like it’ll last me awhile and doesn’t look that disheveled after sitting on it. You can even use this for your car seats if you want.

I work in an office setting and this seat cushion and lumbar support pillow have saved me from countless hours sitting in front of my computer. It is very comfortable, I like that it is memory foam so it shapes right into my lumbar area. It is not bulky and very easy to slip right onto my chair. It helps me from my back pains. I am happy with this set.

Parfait pour la conduite lorsqu'on on a des douleurs lombaires. Amorti parfaitement les chocs sur route (surtout les dos d'âne !). Excellent support pour permettre d'appuyer sur les pédales sans trop en souffrir.
