We put this on the front of our lake cabin so that we could see the time when we were swimming. It looks really good. You have to swim in a bit toward shore to tell the time - the Roman numerals could be a bit bigger - but you don't have to get out of the water and go inside. Make sure you attach the clock firmly to the wall, as a high wind could blow it down. It survived last summer's rain and wind without damage. One time, the wind readjusted the hands, but only once. We have taken it in for the winter, of course. I was afraid outdoor use would ruin it, but it didn't. We have purchased another one as a gift for a relative.

Very happy with this seller, Likefa's Shop. Why? Because I had a question about being able to replace the movement when it no longer works. I do not want to toss another clock in the trash just because the movement does not work. But with this seller, your question will be answered very quickly, and yes, the movement can be replaced.Additionally, this clock came with an extra set of hands--in gold. This makes reading the time so much easier from a distance. Merely unscrew the gear on the front of the clock & gently lift the hands to remove & replace them with the gold hands.I've read some feel the hands were too flimsy. I read they are lightweight so that the battery lasts longer, and this makes sense.

This is a beautiful clock but the metal hands are very flimsy and bend easily. The minute hand is slightly bent on our clock. I wouldn’t care at all if the clock were $30, but at $80-$90, I would expect it to be more sturdy. I debated on 3 stars but I’ll be generous and give it 4 because it is gorgeous.

Initially had a problem with the hands were getting hung up on each other. Simply gently bent one out a little bit to create space and now it works perfectly fine and seems to keep very accurate time.

This clock keeps good time & looks good but is cheaply made in my opinion. It’s very light, which is good for hanging on the wall, & the hour & minute hands are basically aluminum foil! I feel like it’s overpriced for how it’s made, for that reason I’m only giving it a 3 star review.

I bought this clock because it said outdoor clock, to put by my pool, but it would not keep time! I put new batteries in it three times and to no avail! I went over the return date because I was out of town for business and kept hoping with new batteries it would finally work!

Well made - more than I expected

This is a really nice clock that looks very sharp and is the perfect size.....the only reason I went to return it was because it was hard for my family to tell the time because we are habits of creatures and too used to the standard numbers vs the Roman numeral numbers.

This is just a standard outdoor clock that you can get from Kmart or BigW for $25... the same product...very poor quality. do not recommend buying.

The hands should be a contrasting colour to the clock dial; I will paint mine a different colour- the size of the clock is great for outdoor use. The instructions are OK and trouble shooting written advice is great. I found getting into the battery case location awkward with my big hands/fingers and extracting the box to access the battery holder was difficult- In fact I was worried about breaking it- once removed subsequent changes will be easier. The clock appears very fragile, but it really is not- you do have to be careful with the hands- they are very lightweight- mine were bent and I had to straightened them out; however it was easy to do. It keeps good time. Good support from the seller.
