Polish Quad Nail Polish

I absolutely love Zoya nail polish and this quad package was a great buy. I normally wear cardinal red type nail polish, but wanted something fun and different for Christmas and New Year's. Aphrodite is a very pretty red with orange hues versus a red with violet hues. It has just the right amount of shimmer. - it was perfect for Christmas! I would describe Mae as a pink mauve with shimmer - this color was fun for New Years! I haven't tried Sooki yet, but it reminds me of a bright cardinal type red like I normally wear - very cheerful and pretty! Morgan looks to me like a bright, fun, hot pink with purple hues - I'll probably save this one for summer. I always use Zoya's base coat, followed by two (2) coats of color which provides full coverage - I wouldn't call it sheer at all. I then follow up with Zoya's top coat. Nails last a good five days before I start to get little chips. If I follow up with an additional top coat after a day or two, I can get 6 to 7 days of wear! Zoya nail polish is my favorite nail polish ever!

I bought these nail polishes for a couple reasons: For a safer ("10-free") version of conventional nail polish, and because i was hoping it would last longer than regular nail polish. i bought a couple different sets. I applied one coat of the darkest red (picture) The first coat was lighter than the bottle, and had a bit of transparency to it. It went on smooth, and seemed to dry pretty quick. A little while later I applied the second coat, which made it a bit darker and less transparent. The second coat dried very smooth and shiny (picture) Regular nail polish such as Sally Hansen starts chipping on me within 24 hrs. So far I like this product a lot! Its been over 48 hrs and it has only chipped a bit on the edges but its definitely lasting longer than regular nail polish would. one thing i was hoping when i bought this is that it wouldnt smell, but it still kinda has a nail polish smell to it, but the quality and product is great for the price ($15 for quad box) *edit: I bought all the sets and have tried just about all of the colors, so far and most of them are very pretty, but I am very disappointed that the dark green color "Envy" left a yellow tint on my nails!! it has been WEEKS since i took it off and my nails are still tinted yellow!! I don't think I'll be using that color again 😡😠

Love this polish. It was originally given to me as a gift 3 years ago, and now I order it myself. Does not have some of the harsh chemicals that other polishes do. Stays on very well, high end polish at a great price. It looks salon applied and dries quickly.
